Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr große Auswahl und sehr gut. Auto wird vom Petsonal auf nahen Parkplatz gefahren und bei Bedarf wieder geholt.

The staff were very helpful. Initially I needed to change my room on day 2 as I could smell some lingering smoke. I told them at reception who advised it’s a non smoking property but someone has obviously broken the rules. The reception gave me an option of a few rooms to choose from which was nice and it made the remaining of my trip perfect. House keeping was friendly too. There ain’t a kettle in the room however plentiful tea and coffee downstairs at reception which you can help yourself to anytime. The property is a few minutes to the Selimiye mosque, 3-5 minutes to Mevalana’s Tomb and 7-10 minutes to Shams Tomb. Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops in the surrounding area as well as shopping. Although everything is walkable but transport is also good in this area. Overall a lovely stay for the 2nd time at this property.

Location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the famous Mevlana Museum. Transportation is nearby, taxis and mini buses. Shops and restaurants just around the corner. Property is pretty decent and breakfast was okay. What stood out was about Osman, the front desk. We arrived early but he let us eat breakfast. He was very apologetic that there’s no available room at the time. But he managed to get us a room before check-in time.

Great location, very central. Hotel and rooms are well cleaned and maintained. Staff efficient and professional. Breakfast was good variety. We parked directly in front of hotel. Only concern was shower, small space and the shower old and unreliable plus water leaked out o to floor. And the pillows were very high and dense, I slept without. But I would definitely stay here again. Is clean, comfortable and great value for money

Hotel Ney is a budget hotel but is comfortable, clean and with a helpful and friendly staff. The lobby is decorated with old Turkish charm. It is in the Mevlevi old town near Rumi’s tomb. Lots of restaurants nearby. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel!

Konya'da ki sınavlarım sebebiyle 2 gecelik bir konaklama satın aldım. Öncesinde çok araştırdığım için bu oteli seçtim. Konum itibariyle tam merkezde ve çok iyi diyebiliriz. Otel sessiz.sakin,temiz bir otel. Personel ilgili ve yardımsever. Odalar ideal boyutta ve temizdi. Odada minibar var ancak yeteri kadar soğutmuyor. Kahvaltı ideal çeşitli ve fena sayılmazdı. Odalarda sıcak su ısıtıcısı olmaması ve çay kahvenin girişte ücretli olması işletme adına büyük bir hata olmuş bence. Ve oda kapıları birbirine çok yakın olduğu için geceleri karşı odaya giriş çıkış sesleri duyuluyor ama butik bir otel olduğu için normal karşıladım. Özetle güvenilir, temiz ve fiyat performans oteli diğer oteller içinde.

Exceptional stay, clean, friendly, felt like I know people that work there for many years. Osman was like family. There was nothing that we asked for that Osman didn’t and couldn’t provide. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

We reserved four nights because the hotel had excellent ratings and was close to the museum at a reasonable price. Every day, coffee and tea are provided in the foyer. We were on the first floor of the elevator, which was incredibly useful. The room was constantly fairly heated because the air conditioner was still turned on to heat rather than cooling off or either. We were glad that windows could be opened to let cooler, fresh air flow in. The hot water in the shower seemed to be restricted at all times. Most of the space is taken up by the mattress. We appreciated the oscar, taken, and logo, who were courteous and helpful with advice and guidance. This was a suitable stopover on the bus system while traveling to Gorges Cappadocia. We plan another stay as we travel back to Pamakale and towards Mir, as well. Buses are excellent in the country's center, but a break midpoint is required.
