In this case, everything appeared to be good, but I saw some flaws. But some folks want gold for silver. Back to the subject. Staff are helpful and pleasant people, but I'm not going to a hotel to make friends, the entry is a little different, the pictures have bulbs and excellent light everywhere. In reality, lets call it the ecofriendly version, the outside is good if you come by car and need a tune or car service, there are 2 hotels, the rest are plenty of mechanics stations, Istanbul is not dangerous, but this area seems unsafe. This is critical, people pay a hotel primarily for sleep. The room and bathroom are all filthy and need cleaning. I went to speak with the receptionist about this situation regularly and gentlely. However, everything has a rundown, as is the ceiling, bathroom, and walls. It's also ideal for growing mushrooms, and the added value of the ashtray fragrance, but everything remains the same. I called booking to decrease the hotel, and I was aware that it would be the same. I saw many reviews claiming that this is not even a 2-star hotel. I was seeking something that tasted real, not vitamin I drink orange chemistry and radioactive sausages. The only thing to save was the bread. I'm still wondering why four stars based on what? Facilities 1 5, cleaning 9, 5

Everything about this hotel was excellent, minus the street noise, which is typical of Istanbul. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, the price was reasonable, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I want to express my gratitude to Ali, Rashi, arian, and pita.

Hotel is clean and convenient to the square but not necessary the best scenic Neighbourhood. Staff was lovely and attentive too. Cleaning can be more detailed when requested.

L'hôtel est situé loin de la place Taksim, à 20 minutes de marche. Pour accéder à Taksim à pied, c'est une pente assez raide. Sinon, l'hôtel offre un service de shuttle toutes les heures (:00) sauf le dimanche. L'hôtel est confortable et les chambres spacieuses.

Mega venligt personale meget imødekommende, og god service og pæne mennesker. Og rare omgivelser. En god bar 🤗 Hotel.com opkræver penge for internet når man reservere dette hotel. Og det er ikke korrekt der er fri internet. Hotel.com burde skamme sig.

Vi bodde där 7 dagar och själva hotellet var bra men det var uppförsbacke att gå till taksim och det många trappor om du skulle gå från trappor tills man kan komma tiil taksim . Frukost var okay. Städning var inte noga och mycket slarvig och gav oss dåliga handdukar eller dem byte inte alls . Annars personalen var mycket hjälpsamt.

Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Probleme mit dem Zimmer wurden schnell beseitigt. Das einzige was gar nicht gut war, war der Zimmerservice. Der war sehr schlecht und ist stark verbesserungswürdig!

🇺🇸 English I have no intention of damaging any business, but I must tell the truth. The hotel photos on various websites are taken very professionally and look beautiful, but in reality, the hotel is not what the pictures show. The location is on a street surrounded by exhaust shops and small car repair garages, which does not match the expectations of a so-called 4-star hotel. I strongly recommend checking the surroundings with Google 3D before booking. The bathrooms have mold and grime between the tiles. For a 4-star hotel, there is no carpeting in the hallways or in the rooms. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this hotel. The prices are also not reasonable for what you get—they should be much lower. Please be careful with your choice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself was far less than I expected. It was not a pleasant experience, I felt very uncomfortable in this hotel, but I am comparing it to hotels in the US. The breakfast was not what I expected and they serve only what I assume is traditional Turkish breakfast food. The only thinks that were remotely similar to a US breakfast was hard boiled eggs, toast, and potatoes. The coffee was horrible (I don't think the machine was cleaned in years), the tea was good, and the juices were all watered down. The hotel is not in a good area of town and to get anywhere you have to walk up very steep hills, or take a taxi. The free shuttle only takes you one way to 2 different spots which was nice but it only runs once and hour. The A/C was turned off and the room was very hot even though it was ~50 degrees F outside. The only way to cool down was to open the patio window and then it was very noisy. The view from the room was depressing and overlooked a large pile of garbage. The elevator was very noisy and could be heard all night. The power shut off at least 5 times during our stay. Horrible experience.

Frühstück war grauenvoll. In den Haferflocken waren bereits Gespinste von Lebensmittel Motten. Das Badezimmer überall Schimmel der Brausekopf war sehr ekelhaft. Der einzige Vorteil von diesem Hotel war der Shuttles zum Taximplatz.

Horribly dirty rooms. We arrived and we got given a room that smelled like cigarettes and poop, and had black hand prints on the walls. We saw a second room, was worse, then a third and the bathrooms were filled with gross stuff all in the corners everywhere. We demanded a refund immediately but because I had booked non-refundable through Expedia, the receptionist guy didn’t agree at first to give us our money back but we didn’t even stay for 10 minutes & the cleanliness of this hotel seriously needed help. Expedia was great with their quick customer service and requesting the refund for us. The staff at the hotel eventually agreed to the refund and we were out of that disgusting hotel.
