i had a very enjoyable stay, spotlessly clean and comfortable, nicely decorated, well located by istiklal avenue with many restaurants, but on a quiet side street, safe ( next door to police station) no problems with check in, tea and coffee were left for me when i arrived, i have stayed in many apartments i istanbul but this was the best for me

We stayed in Istanbul Apartments and enjoyed our stay in this stylish apartment. It is tastefully furnished and we loved the arty atmosphere. The service is outstanding. We had cleaning service every second day Hasan and his team were the perfect hosts and we could ask them for support all the time. This is good accommodation at the price in a safe and convenient area close to all the main sights. The apartment is located one min walk from the famous Istiklal Avenue.

Everything is planed for your stay, beginning with a mail sent to you asking you if you need help to get from the airport to the hotel. When you arrive the owner and his stuff take care of you and they help you to plan your journey giving you good advises regarding the museum and what to see in town. The hotel is very clean and in the best area of Istambul. I can only recommend it.

Istanbul Apartments has made our Istanbul experience even more fruitful. The apartment was clean with all the necessary amenities. Most of all the staff was very helpful. The hotel was placed few yards from the famous Istiklal Avenue, Taksim Square and Galata Tower. The old city, where most museums are, was only 20 min away with the tram. I highly recommend and I know I will return.

While the room was clean, location was great, people were friendly, the hotel had some minor issues that seemed simple to remedy. We had 3 people - so we needed the couch bed. The couch bed is a queen - they only had sheets for a single bed as extras. Simple fix, but they had no queen sized sheets. There was no toilet paper. We had to hunt some down (since there is no reception) but found some in an office on the second floor. The hot water heater is an instant hot water heater that is almost impossible to get a consistent hot shower with good pressure. There was a sweet spot but it was hard to find. And, a club outside closes around 1:30 AM. Your best bet is to either party until then or bring earplugs. This was a Friday/Saturday, so we just drank. Oh, and a minor complaint, they had a water sprayer thing that stuck out of the back of the toilet to multiuse as a bidet. Maybe it is just me, but it seemed really unhygienic due to the location. As I said, personal opinion on that, but all of us in the group all noticed it and was slightly taken back by it. So, overall a good place, just minor things that seem simple to fix to improve a stay.

Väldigt obekväma sängar, mögel i väggarna vilket gjorde det svårt att andas. Nattklubbar och puber precis under lägenheten, vilket gjorde det omöjligt att sova om nätterna. Annars var service bra och hotellet överlag rent.
