This hotel comes highly recommended. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the balcony rooms were beautiful, and the sauna and pool facilities are top notch. Dilan and gulcin at the bar/cafe were especially helpful in making sure i had food to accommodate my allergies.

I stayed at this hotel for business and it was amazing. I was upgraded to a panoramic apartment with sweeping views. Everyone was nice, especially the young man Oktay, his smile and great attention to detail were the highlight of my morning.

This hotel boasts a prime location, offering breathtaking views from the balcony. The breakfast provided was exceptional, featuring fresh fruits and juices of every flavor, delicious coffee, and pastries. I recently had the chance to stay at the jw Marriott in Istanbul, and it has honestly been one of the best hotel stays ive ever had. The hotel, a skyscraper that is strategically located between the airport and the city, offers new and spacious rooms with all the modern conveniences one would expect from id expect for tastier hotels of this class. From the moment he arrived, his efficiency of checkin and checkout was impressive, quick and hasslefree. One of its highlights is the breakfast, varied and with fast service. I enjoyed the attentive attention of staff and relished the excellent coffee. With dozens of dishes to suit all tastes, the western restaurant, which also serves breakfast provides good value for money. Additionally, both the service is prompt and very friendly and attentive. When ill take the opportunity to visit the hotels spa, there was pleasantly surprised by the quality of facilities and skill of therapists. It was an experience of relaxation and wellbeing that lacked. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was undoubtedly the concierge service they provided. They responded to my requests promptly and offered countless services. This attention to detail and personalized care really made our stay memorable and contributed to making my trip an unforgettable one. I had an amazing stay at this hotel in turkish. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the stylish decor added a touch of luxury. Rooms were amazing, complimented by friendly and kind staff who went above and beyond. Delicious and varied breakfast options made mornings delightful, all while enjoying the convenience of tastiest location! Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience! Definitely will return.

This place is truly exceptional for a stay in the heart of turkey. Apart from the excellent service, the location offers sweeping sea views, and its conveniently centrally located, especially considering the price. Cagdas staff member was exceptionally outstanding, always going above and beyond to assist us when we were in our lobby. His approach to providing assistance was clearly focused on providing exceptional service. Overall, it offers 5star service throughout our stay.

We had a great time during our brief visit here and would love to return. Luxurious! Large balcony, smart room design, lots of free treats, even bath salts. Breakfast buffet with varying options. Warm indoor pool with views of the serene sea. The highest standards are applied to cleanliness, customer service, and hospitality. In particular, the reception and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly to us.

This place offers pure luxury. It boasts a spa, exquisite suites, and starred restaurants, but thats not all there is to it. Additionally, it boasted one of Istanbuls largest antique stores, as well as specialized tailors who can create your suite, jumpsuit, or other jackets or suite with dozens of materials. If you have access to the lounge, youll find breakfast as part of the late lunch or early dinner buffet. The view is stunning, while the breakfast is fantastic (add some images for reference. We had a very pleasant and comfortable experience at this hotel, especially with the kind behavior of heliya. The breakfast was delicious. Room was very clean and perfect housekeeping services. Hotel has savorable views of the marmara sea which complete our sense of belonging.

We had a great time here! I adored this hotel. We stayed here from august 22 to 25. In 2023. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. All of the hotels restaurants were excellent on site. Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff!.

This hotel was my home for ten days. Every day i had my morning coffee in the lobby, which was prepared by dilan just how he liked it. By the way, the coffee served in this lobby is much better than the one served at the main restaurant. Overall, although the hotel seemed a little empty (perhaps because it was fasting month of ramadan), the service was excellent - the staff were friendly and eager to help with small tasks.

I recently had a fantastic experience at the hotel when i attended the globemeets B 2B networking event. From the moment ive arrived, every member of the staff ill be dealing with, including the valet, receptionists, service staff, and cleaning crew, was incredibly polite and truly committed to making sure he had an enjoyable time. Their positive and helpful demeanor really impressed me, so if able, recommened it to everyone. They truly made my stay enjoyable. The staffs attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me during my visit to the motel were genuinely commendable. Whether it was offering recommendations for local attractions, promptly responding to any requests drew on, or simply engaging in friendly conversation. It was their outstanding service that greatly enhanced my overall experience there. Additionally, the hotels cleanliness and organization left me feeling very impressed. There was no doubt that the cleaning staff paid close attention to detail throughout the premises, which added to my comfort and relaxation during our stay. As resulting, im eager to share my positive experience with my coworkers and peers because of their excellent efforts. My wife, my twoyearold daughter, and the general manager of the hotel, okan Karadag, along with the rest of our family, made our stay at this hotel truly unforgettable. They went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional, exceeding our expectations. The staff members, cagdas, Eren, Cagri, as well as halil, were exceptionally attentive, friendly, helpful, welcoming throughout our entire stay. With a stunning view of marmara sea, the motel is absolutely stunning. Additionally, it boasts excellent facilities, dining options, undeniably maintained, providing excellent amenities, food options that have received excellent care. On our arrival, we were treated with balloons in our room, coloring pens, plus bringing branded hotel dolphin soft toys, which were all handpicked by Okan and his team, making my daughter happy. Their attention to detail and personalized touches added to the exceptional experience. I wholeheartedly endorse this accommodation to anyone visiting turkey, whether on their own or with others, including children. Many thanks to Okans hospitality and its staff. Mr. Miah and family.
