The hotel staff were extremely helpful, rooms were very clean and there was a really good breakfast selection. Hotel very central for both shops, restaurants and places to see.

Front desk staff went out of there way to make us feel comfortable. They were exceptional in providing service. They got coffee for us early in the morning and arranged taxis when needed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful Kate hotel in Istanbul, and i cannot recommend it enough. From the moment i walked through the doors, i was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations, offering a truly delightful and comfortable experience that made my stay in Istanbul unforgettable. The first thing that struck me about this hotel was the fresh and inviting atmosphere. The entire property was immaculately maintained, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. The cozy atmosphere and tasteful decor created a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere, providing a perfect escape from the bustling city outside. The rooms at this hotel were nothing short of exceptional. My comfortable and wellappointed room was a sanctuary of comfort, with a plush bed, modern amenities, and a beautiful view of the city. The attention to detail in the rooms design, coupled with the utmost cleanliness, created an inviting and homely atmosphere that made my experience of Istanbul even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were also topnotch. The onsite restaurant served delicious meals that showcased the best turkish cuisine, and the breakfast spread was a real delight. A new hotel with nice modern rooms, an ideal location thats walking distance to almost all main attractions, but above all, great service. Breakfast staff and erkan at the front desk were particularly wonderful.

The hotel is very clean, the room size is great compared to other hotels in Istanbul, the wooden floors and decor give a nice vibe, the food is quality over quantity as it is very delicious, especially the cookies and muffins and carrot cake, room service was great and the hotel is very close to the train station and sultan basha. The staff were very helpful and understanding. The breakfast buffet was great, the view was like a 5 star restaurant, thank you for this very nice experience, yakin family.

Kami makan di sini berkali-kali dan sangat puas. Restoran ini adalah restoran terbaik setelah seminggu berada di Istanbul. Kami berada di sini pada malam pertama dan makanannya sangat enak. Pelayanannya sangat ramah. Staf menyambut kami dengan hangat dalam bahasa Jerman dan menjawab semua pertanyaan kami. Kami telah makan di sini beberapa kali dan sangat puas. Restoran ini adalah yang terbaik setelah seminggu berada di Istanbul.

Kamarnya bersih, saya sangat menikmatinya. Lokasinya berada di tengah kawasan yang ingin kami kunjungi. Makanannya enak dan sangat layak untuk diulangi dan kami pasti akan kembali. Terutama karena semuanya sangat mudah diakses dengan metro yang sangat baik bagi kami.

Excellent location. Major tourist attractions and reputable eateries, including their own, are all within walking distance. Excellent service. As we came and went, the staff welcomed us with open arms and was incredibly kind and friendly. They paid close attention to our demands. The rooms could be improved. Large room with cozy mattresses and pillows. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear even the regular conversations between neighboring rooms. The water pressure in the shower was a little low. There were no towel hangers available. Found a used earbud at the bottom of the dresser. The inhouse restaurant was excellent for lunch and dinner. However, the breakfast buffet could be improved.

Untuk hotel berstandar tinggi di pusat distrik SultanAhmed, saya menemukan apa yang saya cari. Mulai dari tempat parkir, ada ruang pribadi tepat di depan dan gratis. Bangunannya masih baru, kamarnya sangat bersih. Kami menikmati sarapannya, enak banget dan bervariasi. Hotel ini berjarak 5 menit dari alun-alun pejalan kaki SultanAhmed. Namun bagian terbaik dari kunjungan ini adalah tim yang luar biasa. Setiap orang sangat profesional dan tersenyum. Terima kasih yang sebesar-besarnya dan hangat kepada Halil, manajer resepsi, yang mengatur parkir untuk kami tepat di depan pintu, menyambut kami dan melakukan banyak hal untuk membuat masa tinggal kami sempurna. Kepada Erkan di resepsi atas sambutannya dan nasihat bijaknya untuk membuat malam ulang tahun istri saya tak terlupakan. Terima kasih juga kepada Emel, manajer hotel yang menindaklanjuti kunjungan kami tanpa melupakan Fatma yang sangat tersenyum dan penuh perhatian, yang membuat sarapan kami sangat menyenangkan. Saya merekomendasikan hotel ini, terutama karena perhatian yang diberikan kepada pengunjung. Staf sangat berhati-hati. Sangat lucu. Kamar dirancang lebih estetis daripada fungsional: sedikit privasi, gadget untuk lampu dan AC, tetapi Anda sedikit tersesat dan tidak selalu efektif. Masih tergolong kecil, cucian belum bisa kita gantung, padahal peralatannya sampai bintang Tapi saya merekomendasikan hotel ini terutama karena perhatian yang diberikan kepada pengunjung.
