I would strongly recommend staying in one of their suites with a water view if you are staying at this boutique hotel. We stayed in the suite for over a week and absolutely loved it. We stayed on the Asian side of Istanbul because it was less touristy and had a more local feel. The ferry building is a 15 to 20 minute walk away. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful in bringing a taxi to the airport or laundry service. They cleaned our room every day and had a lovely upper deck terrace available to all guests. Try staying on the grd or ith floor because the restaurant next door can be a little noisy on the weekends. You might also hear a few dogs barking at night, but that is part of the neighborhood experience.

The location is in the soda region. The rooms are small but the surroundings are good. Also, the good service. Checking in and checking out was quick and easy.

Despite the fact that the entrance is not clearly marked because it is on a level of the building when you come from the street, the hotel and the rooms are relatively clean. My double room was large enough for me alone. At 1015 minutes walk you are in the heart of soda with cafes, restaurants and shops.

Great view of the sea, even if you have a street view room you can enjoy the balcony and there is tea and coffee selfservice provided for you. At the time we were there the elevator was under construction and I think they want to move it to another hotel, but we had no problems with it.

So it was okay. The walls are thin so hopefully the people on your floor are quiet. The room itself was nice and clean, good room service. Breakfast was fine too. The guy at the front desk was uninterested in putting effort to accomodate me. Post surgery, I needed to order food and I had to plead in order for him to help me out by entering a local phone number code into the app. He ended up doing it, took him 2 seconds. But I didn't appreciate having to plead in the condition I was in. Otherwise the rest of the staff was courteous.
