The food was the star of the show! The buffet area had a continuous selection of fresh food and the serving staff was friendly. Kudos to the executive chefs running the kitchen as they were very creative and provided many great options even during the offseason.

Exceptionally friendly, patient, polite, and professional staff. from reception to waiters, chefs, cleaners, maids, and other staff. Beautiful and clean rooms, delicious food with a wide variety, beautiful pools. Excellent place for business conference or vacation. I strongly recommend it.

I have stayed at many 5 hotels in Turkey and although some areas of this hotel merit this rating the food lets it down! We stayed in October and the restaurant was bedlam so would hate to see this in the peak season? The staff serving would look less interested if they tried. Even having to wait to be served bread is bizarre? The selection of food is not great at all and what is lukewarm at best. I ate salad the times we chose to dine in the hotel as seemed to be the safest bet? Surely management looking at reviews can see this is the main factor that people comment on. I am sure this can be resolved to make this a true 5 resort! The hotel itself is clean and very spacious. Beautiful rooms that the housekeepers maintain immaculate and cleaned to a very high standard. Great drinks selection although no bottled beer or anything non alcoholic? We went into Kusadasi 3 times, 10 euros each way in a taxi so not bad at all, 1 euro in the dolls also if you want to get the bus! Special mention to tony and sophia who are a true credit to the hotel. Never pass without stopping to chat and very good at entertaining the guests! All in all a lovely week in the sun but I wouldn't return to the hotel purely because of the food.

This is the hotel for you if you desire large rooms. Thousands of pools. It was too cold to use them, but if it was warmer it would be ideal for families. The rooms were comfortable and big. The shower was excellent. The bed was comfortable. Like other reviewers, my only complaint is the food. They require someone to serve you food. You can't see what is in the containers, and the only way to know is to gather around while trying to see in the pan. They have a wide variety of food options, but it would have been much better if customers could serve themselves. The staff is friendly. I didn't have a view of the ocean, but I was there on business and it wasn't important to me.

The first spotless hotel I've ever stayed in, it was just come back after a week's stay. The personnel is welcoming, the front desk is extremely accommodating, and check-in is swift. Great rooms with a generous amount of storage space and a good size. Great views of the pool and beyond. It would have been great if there had been a few more English channels on the TVs, almost all in Turkish or German. Plenty of sunbeds in the pool area, but it is extremely cold. The splash park is lovely but only opens at a limited time of day. The flames are just awful, and they are both great, but they are only open at specified times. One area in the restaurant that let this motel down is the food. The food was barely warm, and the same each day, with a few variations of the same thing. I found the restaurant's employees to be rude. The kitchen workers would be preparing the food over the counter and then either turn away or start talking to other employees, leaving guests to wait for no apparent cause. The waiters in the mornings once more were rude, and we frequently spotted them in groups chatting without indicating a desire to serve visitors. I would have given it a 5-star rating, but I thought this let down our vacation. There is a good selection of drinks at bars and a friendly crew
