Professional receptionist. But, this hotel is subcontracted by Tiket.com, so you better booked by booking.com, because when the hotel gives some message about cancellation or something like that, you will be notice, if you use Tiket.com, you cant get anything news and just say sorry from the apps. But the hostel was great service

This hotel is beautiful and has a good location with very friendly staff. There, everything is tidy and comfortable and the bed is very comfortable. I think it is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. It was my last night in Istanbul and I couldn't stay any longer in Le Bank.

It was my first time in Istanbul and that's the best place to be! Really helpful and kind staff felt like home. Clean and cozy place, decor and rooftop view is satisfying. I recommend this place and will be back. Thank you for having me.

Throughout my trip, I had a great experience at this hostel. They greeted me in a very warm manner from the very first moment I entered, if you have ever felt like part of a family for a few days. I was regretful to depart this afternoon. The position is ideal, it's close to the metro, it's only 1 metro stop from Takumi Square, making it convenient for traveling to the two Istanbul airports by bus. The galaxy tower is in a location that is surrounded by cafes, eateries, and shops. A very safe and lively neighbourhood. The accommodation is a very good size, spotless, and well-wifi connection. The cafe on the ground level is excellent for my morning lattes, and the common area has been perfect for socializing. I enjoy this location, it's a shining illustration of what a hostel should be. Many thanks, guys!.

I have stayed at this hotel before, but this place is really good to stay. They have a good location and friendly staff. The cleanliness is also good and the room is comfy. The bed here is comfortable. I just need to say, this is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. I'm very sorry that my final night here was my last night, I can't stay on the Le Bank.
