Our room was very quaint and private. It had everything we needed and was clean. The bed was very comfortable. There were stairs leading up to the room so make sure to inform the hotel if you cannot go up stairs. It was always a convenient pick up and drop off when we went on tours and a maximum 5-10 min walk to the town. There were lots of food options around. The breakfast was also good with a variety of tradition options. We also had a great scrambled egg and omelette. They also have a lovely rooftop to take photos!

We are an American couple in our 50s from Southern California. We visited the Cappadocia region to go Hot Air Ballooning with our 18 year old daughter who is studying abroad in Rome for her freshman year. She was on Spring Break during our trip. We stayed at Luvi Cave Hotel for 2 nights from March 6th-8th. I originally booked a hot air balloon ride on March 7th. I got an email from the hot air balloon company around 3pm on March 6th and my email stated that the hot air balloon rides on the 7th are all cancelled because of the weather. This is where LUVE CAVE STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO help me rebook a hot air balloon ride on the 8th. Keep in mind that I had a flight out of Kayseri airport on the 8th at 10:50am. Luvi Cave rebooked me on another hot air balloon ride in the 8th and Luvi Cave arranged for a taxi to meet me at the landing spot of where the hot air balloon would land. The taxi met me with my luggage at the landing spot and took me to the airport and we got on our plane on time at 10:50am. Luvi cave took care of everything. They were better than a travel agent. Our 2 days in cappadocia was 100% for the hot air balloon ride for my daughter because she saw it on TIK TOK. Thank you Luvi Cave for taking care of everything especially getting us on our plane on time.. Also I wanted to say the room we got was INCREDIBLE. If we come back to Goreme we will 100% stay at your property. Thank You so much.

Very happy and satisfied with the staff, from the second we arrived to the second we checked out and even after they treated me and my wife amazingly. Helping us book activities and taking care of our luggage and whatever accommodation was needed. The room looked amazing and the breakfast was delicious. 100% recommend this place. The view was also amazing.

Odalar temiz ve modern dizayn edilmiş. Otel personelleri nazik, yardımsever ve misafirperver. Hepsine çok teşekkür ederim. Otelin terası muhteşem. Hem akşam vakit geçirmek için hem de sabah balonları izlemek için çok güzel. Manzarası harika gerçekten. Genel olarak huzurlu, sakin bir ortamı var. Konum olarak da merkezi bir lokasyonda olması avantajlı. Yürüyerek birçok restorana ulaşabilirsiniz.

En Luvi Cave nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos, bienvenidos. Atentos en todo aspecto y nos apoyaron mucho con las actividades turísticas, consiguiendo transporte y las mejores recomendaciones de restaurantes. La propiedad es bastante nueva y sus habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y sugeriría solo dar constante mantenimiento a la propiedad, para mantenerla linda. Las terrazas para ver el amanecer son espectaculares. Lo recomendaría en todo momento. Gracias Boris por todas tu atenciones y del staff completo.

Time we went was when it was starting to get warm so it’s expected that there will be more bugs out. On our first morning, we saw that there was a cockroach in our room, reception was very kind and helped remove it from our room and got our room treated while we were out to avoid any more bugs coming in. They were also very friendly and was helpful with the suitcases and suggestions for dining around the area. Rooms were clean! Unfortunately our hot air balloon was cancelled during our stay but will definitely stay here again when we come back for the hot air balloon.

We had an amazing time in cappadocia thanks to the Luvi cave hotel, mr. Gurkan, and staff! We were genuinely welcomed, like family, and their office is always available for suggestions or questions. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! Breakfast was delicious. Our room was spacious, clean, and luxurious, opening up to a large balcony overlooking goreme and the balloons in the morning. The terrace, situated high on its own cobblestone alley, is also close to restaurants and shops. You can almost touch the balloons as they pass by. Truly magical!.

We were excited to get to the Luvi Hotel based on the images online, and the reality was even better! We were greeted warmly by Boris, and he shared helpful information before giving us a tour of the property and finally helping us get settled in our incredible room. Our room had luxury amenities and the staff was always available and helpful, day and night. The breakfast buffet rivaled any fine restaurant. We felt spoiled and so lucky to have found this gem! Don't miss out.

I would definitely recommend it. We stayed here for 4 nights with my partner. The hotel was nice with a great view, friendly staff including the cute manager, and the breakfast was good. However, we got a room with 2 single beds together. It was a bit uncomfortable to sleep together. Overall, it was totally worth the price. When we woke up, we saw balloons on the terrace. It was spectacular.
