Very standard hotel. When I asked for new sheets and the sheets were dark with orange stains everywhere. When staff noticed this the staff looked a little uninterested. The sheets were even brought in from outside the hotel and the staff was aware but still not interested.

We spent 7 days here, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel helped us by calling before we made a reservation. The center of the drum is the main draw for this hotel. The drum castle, drum drum castle, and beach swell are all just a few minutes away. My idrs and nighttime receptionist went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Another plus is the accommodation's cost. It was quite affordable. However, if you want additional services, you must stay in a 5 star hotel or resort, but you should expect the amenities and services of this hotel to be comparable to 5 star hotel equipment. Rooms are incredibly clean and roomy, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, location is ideal, and the cost is also quite low. We plan to return to drums, and our choice will be the Mercado Hotel again, which we all heartily suggest.

If you drive, the best place to park is along Zeki Müren Cd. We got a free upgrade as the initial room didn't have towels and blanket. The view of the upgraded sea view room was fantastic but it had only 1 towel for 2 persons. Even so, we had a quiet and peaceful night so we extended for 1 more night. For some reason that Tue night the loud music from the stretch of restaurants along the beach that the large window is facing kept going until 3am the next morning. The noises kept me awake so I knew the time they stopped. Then came the 5am mosque prayer song that we didn't notice the night before. Apart from that, the room was clean and good for the price we paid. A fresh coat of paint brightened up the whole place. However, the roof bar/restaurant was inaccessible perhaps due to the low season. The location is convenient, short walking distances to the beach where the loud music came from and the marina.

Konum çok iyi. Çalışan kişi ilgili. Geç bir saatte gelmiş olmama rağmen girişte sorun yaşamadım. Temizlik konusunda biraz sıkıntı vardı ancak yardımcı oldular. Sessiz bir yer. Isıtma için klima yeterliydi. Fiyat o konum için çok iyi.

Tek başına kaldım, genelde iyiydi, temizlik söylersek yapılıyordu diğer zamanlarda ilgilenmiyorlardı, bazen yan odalarda kalanlar sabah veya akşam gürültü yapıyorlardı, çalışan çocuklar nazikti.

Lokasyon olarak iyi, bir üst caddeye ücretsiz park edilecek cepler mevcut. Hizmet ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Temizlik normal. Eski ve bakımsız bir bina; konfor ve estetik arayanlara göre değil. Bir gece kalıp merkeze yakın olmak nedeniyle fazasıyla bizim işimizi gördü. Fiyat da makuldü.

We booked the place at the last moment and paid in advance and double checked with them that we will arrive at 4am on the next day ( after check in time) and if that would be ok for check in at that time. They respond that won’t be a problem and when we arrive at the place there wasn’t a booking ( even if we paid). At least they found another place where slept for a night.
