Great location - easy access to the old town so a good base to explore from. The staff were very friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast served upstairs, with a wide variety of food. Would stay again!

Ich hatte einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt im New Florenta Istanbul Hotel! Die Lage ist perfekt – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Hagia Sophia, die Blaue Moschee oder der Große Basar sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – egal ob es um Empfehlungen oder kleinere Anliegen ging. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat mir das bequeme Bett und die tägliche Reinigung. Das Frühstück war frisch, abwechslungsreich und typisch türkisch – genau richtig, um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Für den Preis bekommt man hier wirklich viel geboten. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der zentral, sauber und herzlich in Istanbul übernachten möchte.

I want to express my gratitude to the hotels administration! Our time at this hotel was truly delightful! The cost of a stay is reasonable! The rooms are impeccably clean and equipped with warm water. The breakfast offered in the morning is a diverse and delicious variety, a truly delightful experience. The staff at the registration desk is exceptionally helpful and always ready to assist with any needs. The kindhearted restaurant staff members ensured our comfort each morning, leaving us in a positive mood and ensuring a delicious meal for all guests. We are extremely grateful to the housekeeping staff for their cleanliness and orderly service. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, a perfect 10 out of 10.

Lokasinya strategis, banyak tempat yang bisa dilihat dalam 10 menit berjalan kaki. Hotelnya sangat bersih dan stafnya sangat menyenangkan, kami menikmati masa tinggal kami. Kekurangannya adalah kebisingan dari jam 8 pagi karena pekerjaan dilakukan di lantai atas dan sarapannya hanya asin.

We initially assumed the location was a little rough. We stayed for 5 nights! The staff was excellent! The captain was fantastic, and the breakfast was always delicious! The location is consistently tidy and always helpful! Everything in the historic district is close to the hotel! Excellent setting!.

Kebersihan hotelnya kurang terjaga, pinggiran tempat tidur dan kamar mandinya kotor, sepertinya belum dibersihkan dari reservasi sebelumnya. Lokasinya bagus karena dekat dengan segalanya, tapi bersiaplah untuk percakapan larut malam dari pemilik toko dan terkadang berteriak. Perlu banyak perbaikan terutama kebersihannya. Kami belum pergi dan mereka meninggalkan kami tanpa handuk sepanjang hari.

Tidak ada yang bisa dikatakan selain hotel, jelek, kotor, terlalu berisik, terdengar suara kencing di sebelah, kamar mandi dan toilet horor, jendela menghadap ke dinding, lokasinya mengerikan. Tidak ada yang salah dengan motel ini. Penuh dengan wanita dari negara tertentu. Kami tidak merasa tercekik saat memasuki lobi. Ini adalah motel menyedihkan yang membuat Anda sakit.

Thank you so much to hassan and sergey for making our stay at this hotel enjoyable. The breakfast on the rooftop was fantastic, with delicious food and a stunning view. The only drawback was that the rooms were very small. The hotel is a 6-7minute walk from the bazaar, however, be aware that it is a steep road, so going back up is a bit of a challenge for the elderly and those with children.

I stayed at this hotel twice, the first time in 2019, and now again in december 2023. In shoulder seasons, the price is very affordable, and the main reason to stay is their friendly staff and location. Mr. Hassan at breakfast is very gentle and breakfast is very good, especially the sweets. Check out my Youtube channel for full video.

I would give it a 10 out of 10. In midjuly of this year, my 13 cousins and i traveled to Istanbul for a vacation. Although we werent a small group, we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the hotel manager, i believe, and the lobbyist. The hotel is conveniently located near the grand bazaar (6 minutes walk away), as well as a variety of adorable restaurants and popular tourist destinations. Starbucks is conveniently located just a 5minute walk away, as are several other fast food chains. While its not 7star hotel quality, the breakfast is decent, and the hotel is spotless. The cleaning staff was extremely efficient and helpful with any inquiries i had. Very patient and assisted us in scheduling a minibus back to the airport on the final day. We even met the hotel owner, who was incredibly kind and funny. She inquired about our experience with the staff and if we needed anything.

Ketika saya tiba, tempat itu mengeluarkan bau yang tidak enak. Kepada seseorang yang tidak mandi berhari-hari dan tidur di sana. Saya hanya menginap satu malam jadi saya membiarkannya pergi. Di pagi hari mereka menyajikan sarapan yang enak. Lokasinya juga bagus karena dekat dengan segalanya.

Harganya terjangkau dan sangat nyaman hanya beberapa meter dari Grand Bazaar dan Blue Hermitage. Kamarnya bagus, sarapannya enak dan stafnya sangat baik. Mereka membantu kami dengan transportasi ke bandara hanya dalam lima menit. Orang-orangnya sangat baik.

Kamarnya nyaman dan bersih. Toiletnya diganti setiap hari. Hanya saja kamarnya tidak kedap suara. Suara dari kamar atas dan sebelah terdengar sangat jelas.
