Very clean and tidy, small lobby and large rooms, very friendly staff specially Mohammad on the reception. The hotel is very close to the metro and market, very convenient for tourists and travelers.

This hotel is very new, the rooms are spacious, well equipped and extremely clean. Friendly and helpful staff with a nice shared room above the front desk. Breakfast is sufficient and fresh croissants are provided each day! The only downside to me is that the staff seems a bit less experienced in hotel management and this may cause some delays in receiving service. I am confident that with time this improvement will be achieved.

We will definitely choose numb on our next trip to Istanbul. The hotel is conveniently located near Osmanbey train stop, so you may easily travel around Istanbul with your Istanbulcard while avoiding frequent city traffic. The beds are brand new and wonderfully comfortable, and the rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the service is outstanding. We remained for about nine nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. There is a lobby on the first floor, very nice decor that makes you feel at home in your own home, with lovely comfortable sofas and chairs, and very nice music so you may enjoy your drinks. Santas, takumi, cevahir, etc. are all readily accessible on foot. There are numerous options nearby for eating and shopping. All in all, I heartily endorse a numb hotel for all Istanbul visitors. I want to express my sincere appreciation to the management of the numb hotel.

For about three weeks, we stayed at the numb. English-speaking, very welcoming, and helpful personnel. Toast, cheeses, olives, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, dried tomatoes, hummus, boiled eggs, and other tempting Turkish breakfast selections. Bus and bus stops are both within 35 minutes and the Osmanbey metro station are both close by. This is an absolutely brand-new hotel. Very tidy. The rooms' ac is turned on when you insert your room card into the slot. Although it is called an elevator, they also call it a lift, but you must climb roughly 6 stairs to get there. Nice lounge area. Budget-friendly. Safe location. nearby restaurants and stores. Each floor has two rooms. We were on the back floor, so we didn't get a view. We'd be glad to return to stay here. Nice towels, but no facial makeup, which is unusual in Turkey. Westerners would be quite happy to remain here, but you might have to wait for the room to be prepared upon arrival. Taxis pass by the motel all the time.

I had a good experience staying in the numb motel, because I can tell you if the ambiance is very peaceful, the condition of the hotel is good as in the images on the website. And they serve good service. The lounge location is very good with a good music playing.

I spent the night. Enjoy. It appears as though you are entering a textile store and. You are also entering the hotel, so it doesn't look like a boutique hotel. The rooms and toilets are extremely roomy, spotless, and comfortable, but they lack a touch of class and a door chain and do not disturb signs. Breakfast is excellent with fresh baked croissants and good black coffee.

Otelde ödeme seçeneğini secmemize rağmen daha otele ulaşmadan tüm konaklama bedeli kredi kartınızdan tahsil edildi ki bu ikinci kez oluyor. Otelde öde seçeneği yaklaşık 50 TL daha fazla bu tamamen göz ardı ediliyor. Otel çalışanları çok iyi ve kibar. Odalar büyük ve temiz.Ama otel politikası böyle olmamalıydı.

Konuksever ve temiz bir ortamda hizmet aldık. Odamızın konforu iyiydi. Ancak otopark bir sorun. İspark sürekli park ücreti alıyor. Odaya günlük verdiğimiz kalma ücreti kadar park ücreti ödedik. Otelin bu sorunu çözmesi gerekiyor. Bunun dışında herşey için teşekkürler.

In general the Hotel is very nice, rooms are modern and Comfortable. To complain about is the incident with the extra charge of the Hotel ONE WEEK BEFORE arrival. We booked the trip two Month before, which was confirmed by the Hotel and then, one week before arrival they wanted a extra charge. After many mails the Hotel still stubborn. Luckily EXPEDIA took care of it and payed the rest. Also the breakfast was every day the same, with little selection. For an modern Hotel and that price we expected much more, instead of a breakfast from day before (the cucumbers and olives for example). BUT TO BE HONEST, the Hotel is new, the room was very nice and clean, the bathroom is fantastic and the location is great. The staff are all nice. I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE. (Hopefully, next time, they will be cautious or more conspicuous in such cases) Thank you for the wonderful time in Istanbul, thank you for the Hotel it was wonderful.
