Everything is in a perfect location, and the hotel and its staff are all amazing. There is syta spa in the motel that i heartily suggest.

We booked a cruise through this company. And also the full hamma service. Both services were amazing. The host, who i didnt catch his name, was very nice and always greeted us with swagger and helped us around too. They accommodated me very well, especially my sister who has special needs and is only 4 years old. I would recommend him to others to offer great discounts for large groups.

The hotel is good and the staff is also good, but the bathroom smells bad because of the water sewage, i think, however everything is fine and at a very good price for the location. I recommend it.

The hotel is excellent, and the staff is outstanding. The rooms are clean, as are the sheets. There is also housekeeping available. However, the only issue is that the nearby mosque wakes you up at 5 a. M. When i start praying loudly. Its location is ideal, being close to all the attractions one should visit.

Old viva city hotel is located in the heart of the Circi area. It takes 8 minutes to walk to the marmaray train and has everything you could ever need just around the corner! Restaurants everywhere and anything else! Good room for the price and a really good breakfast too!.

I had the antistress massage from thelma and she was absolutely amazing. Sunimal, the manager, was polite and offered us a great deal. Highly recommended. This place was also very clean.

The rooms could be better when the quality is compared to the price. Sometimes it is necessary to warn about room needs. It is annoying to hear the noises of neighboring rooms in your own room. A good location for visiting historical sites.

The staff is excellent! Extremely considerate, considerating, and attentive. Speaks at least three languages, english, turkish, or even russe occasionally! The room was cleaned daily, the towels were changed, etc. Overall, cleaning was good. However, there have been better times in the hotel itself. Some areas require reattaching the wallpaper, some areas need to have the shower cabin repaired using duct tape, while the toilet vibrates when you sit on it. It needs a little updating. Price was reasonable, but it wasnt flimsy. We had naivet and didnt spend much time inside anyway. I leave this feedback in hopes that management will take notice of it and address the issues raised.

I thought the hotel was decent for the price. The location is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. One can walk across the street and experience the essence of Istanbul. Real turkish delight stores are also nearby, while the sea is not far away. Additionally, the rooms are kept clean and tidy, providing excellent service.

I had a credit card problem with sydney, and this hotel allowed me to call my bank and sort it out. Bravo to this motel. Would undoubtedly suggest. One employee even offered me some cash until my replacement card arrived. I thanked him, but i had an emergency stash, so he was fine. A staff member escorted me from the ferry about 5 minutes away as if ive been in limbo, forcing me not to accept hints. There is etiquette, air conditioning, numerous news programs in english, etc. Breakfast was excellent and was provided by inc. Spice bazaar was ten minutes walk away. Grand bazaard is 20 to 30 minutes stroll away (think you can take tram, not positive).

The location is in the center of old city. Street noise is 24 hours a day, so dont book if you need to sleep, but hey, its in front of the lively tourist area, which is even an advantage! Very good budget hotel, clean, good breakfast, grand location once again!.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, dekat dengan stasiun metro, bus troli dan kereta api, di sekitar hotel juga banyak kafe dan toko. Hanya saja colokan listrik di kamar mandi kurang berfungsi dengan baik.
