This was our first stay at an all inclusive and my husband and I had a great time. We thought there was a large variety of food, which many healthy options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, and for the most part quiet (you can hear the entertainment go until maybe 11 pm or so), with a wonderful view. It was end of the season, so it seems prices were also quite low for the experience. Overall, we were very happy. My only complaint was how often and almost aggressively, staff would come to offer massages/spa/haircuts. It’s one thing to offer while we are walking by in the lobby, when you can politely decline and keep walking. But to repeatedly come up to us while we are laying by the pool was flat out uncomfortable. I felt like we only agreed to a massage bc we literally had to or he would never leave us alone (and we did not cave until our 3rd day). The prices were comparable to a massage in America, which was not impressive since everything else was so much cheaper. All in all, I would definitely return for another stay.

We were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite room in the new block, which was beautiful, modern and very clean and spacious. The air con wasnt very good and the fridge wasn't stocked at all. Other than this it would perfect. Being in this new suite gave you the privilege of another pool and bar and was a lot quieter.

Balayı için tercih ettik iyiki de gelmişiz. Odamız güzeldi büyüklüğü ve donanımı yeterliydi. Yemekler güzeldi ama daha iyi olabilirdi. Genel olarak otelin temizliğinden memnun kaldık. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Gelmek isteyen herkese tavsiye ederiz.

Our granddaughter got married on Green Pines Bungalow Beach and it was lovely. Ora is unlike a lovely hotel but far too many steps for us even though there is a cable elevator to all floors. Rooms cleaned every day and towels replaced. No need for pool towels as they are provided and replaced every day.

First of all, positive. The bartenders and service staff are excellent and very helpful. The hotel's main area is fine. The rooms are without a doubt not 5 star, at best 2 stars. When I arrived, the room was dirty, and I complained to reception who couldn't care less and shrugged shoulders. No tea or coffee was refilled daily and I had to constantly ask reception. The same went for water. The so-called mini bar was a joke and consisted of one can of coke and a can of santa, but this was not refilled. The cleaners only came in 3 times over 14 nights, did not clean the room, and only changed the towels once. Daily entertainment included loud music around the pool from am to 11 pm with a darts game and a water polo match. There were no easyjet reps on the site, and complaints had to be made by phone call on our mobile, which cost the earth, and the wifi was near-ineffective so we could not communicate via messenger. The area was fantastic and I would go back but not at this hotel. If you want a 5-star experience, give it a wider leg.

First time here. Although the reviews we read before leaving gave us some concerns, they were groundless. Excellent hotel, friendly attentive staff. The food is a bit the same but always something for everyone's taste. No complaints. Will be back.

Since we had read bad reviews before, we came here and were startled, but we were positively pleasantly pleasantly pleasantly delighted. The hotel's setting is ideal! We frequently strolled to Hisoranu, and several times, we grabbed taxis to old-denim. The hotel provides the most stunning vistas. Every employee was welcoming and helpful. The restaurant manager, in particular, went out of his way to converse and ensure that everything was okay. My daughter went paragliding, and the Barada cable cars are an excellent day out. We made this reservation through Sky Sports, which I heartily endorse. They were so professional and always made sure that safety was protected. The wifi was the only drawback, but I was aware of this before arriving, so I made an excellent dangle from my dangle. He drops it off at the hotel and arranges collection as per your schedule. In general, a wonderful family vacation with plenty of stunning sunshine. Will undoubtedly return.

The room was lovely, it was regularly cleaned. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fairly spacious and had a large shower. The balcony wasn't huge, but it was big enough for the two of us with beautiful views of the mountains. We were on the top floor, but there is one outside lift that works throughout and one inside. The food was delicious, with a buffet with a wide variety, but I was disappointed there weren't more seafood. The waiting staff quickly arrived and brought drinks for lunchtime. The pool area was nice. Plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The pool bar was well-stocked and the personnel were pleasant. Apart from I lost my passport and struggled a little getting help from the hotel staff, it's not their job to know everything.

Great surprise upgrade! But beware the steps and closed waterpark. We stayed as a family with three teenagers in September 2025. ROOMS: ★★★★★ We received a fantastic free upgrade to two Luxury Rooms! They were perfect, located across the hall from each other. Each had its own jacuzzi (a teen hit), with one offering a sea view and the other a mountain view. BIG PROBLEMS: ★★☆☆☆ 1. Waterpark Closed: We booked for the free waterpark, but it was closed for a boxing event during our stay. We weren't informed beforehand, which ruined most of our holiday plans for our sons. 2. Lots of Steps: The hotel is on a mountainside, requiring climbs of 200+ stairs to reach rooms. The hill lift often breaks down (it did on our last day). Not suitable for those with mobility issues or buggies. FOOD & VALUE: ★★★★☆ The main buffet had good variety, including vegan options. You must get your own drinks, as staff don't serve them. The spa and trips were good value. The kids' team, however, only engaged with outgoing guests and didn't encourage our shy teens. Shopping Tip: Nearby towns are expensive. For better prices and authentic goods, take a short taxi/bus ride to Fethiye. Final Thought We liked the hotel for the amazing rooms and food. However, the closed waterpark, steps, and broken lift mean we rate it 4 stars, not 5. Book only if you're prepared for the hills and confirm the waterpark is open.

Otel fiyatına göre bence iyiydi. Bundan böyle zaten butik adında dandik otellere gitmeme kararı aldım, ya airbnbden ev tutarım ya da herşey dahile giderim. Otelin yemekleri güzeldi, birası da güzeldi ama diğer içkiler pek bana göre değildi. Yemek aralarında atıştıracak şeyler oldu hep. Gidip yazlıkçı restoranlarında ütülmekten kurtardılar sağolsunlar. Bunun dışında odada banyo ve tuvalet kenarlarında kalıcı lekeler kalmış, kötü görünüyor, ama temizliğe önem veriyorlar. Banyodayken su bazen soğuyup ısınıyordu o kötüydü. Odalara çıkan yatay bir asansör var, çok yavaş ve sıcak oluyor, beklemek istemiyorsanız ve odanız bizimki gibi en üst alandaysa 200 civarı merdiven çıkmak zorundasınız. Su parkına 8 yaşından küçük çocuk alınmıyor, kids club denen yer küçücük bir oda ve çocukların yapacağı pek birşey yok. Game center diye bir alan var birkaç oyuncağın olduğu, çocuğu oraya sokacaksanız jeton başına 2 pound gibi bir para vermeniz gerekiyor. Yani kesinlikle çocuk dostu değil. Buna rağmen özellikle personelin yardımcı tavrı nedeniyle iyi bir tatil oldu diyebilirim ama bir daha gitmem.

Upgraded to very nice room with private swim-up pool.... very nice. Atmosphere was very British and loud in some cases but around the quieter pools you could relax & chill. Food was good with plenty of choice & staff always on hand and willing to help whenever required!
