As a lone traveller the friendliness of a place is rather important and i cannot tell you how welcome i was made feel and the time mammod/frances and kahn gave me each day for a chat was lovely. The place was spotless too. I am going to be a return guest for many years to come.❤️❤️❤️

This is the first time I've been there, and I was greeted with kindness and made to feel welcome. Kai and Mammodfrances couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. It can be lonely as a solo traveler, but they both took the time each day to chat and made me feel like a friend. The location was immaculate, and the cleaning ladies were also extremely nice. The resort is only a minute's walk from the Ya, or you can use the local bus or taxi inexpensively. The bazaar is around 5 minutes away and well worth a visit, the fruit is delicious, and it's wonderful to walk around. On Wednesday, the clothes bags, etc., are a must-do for a bargain, or two, three, or the other. I was so relaxed at the ya that I will always return many times as a guest.

Once more, we stayed at the Ya Apartments, which is another fantastic spot to stay every year. I can't think of a negative thing about this place. Many thanks to Frances All Sade, all the boys, nurses, and guns for taking care of us, especially since we had to remain longer due to flights being canceled by Aer Dingus. See you all in 2023.

The Yu apartments are really clean and spacious, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Reading some of the negative reviews it is clear that some people want luxury but don't want to pay for it. Realistically this is very good value for a reasonably priced vacation. The rooms are not luxurious but have lots of space, plenty of storage, a full sized fridge, hob and kettle and a large balcony. The room is cleaned and fresh towels are provided daily and the cleaners are friendly. The pool is a good size and clean with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The staff is friendly and helpful and the bar serves good food at reasonable prices. The place is up a hill but it's quite easy to walk into town, taxi back, or catch a local bus that goes past the front door. You pay for what you get, and in this case we got a lot for our money. Much contact with jet 2 representatives at the airport and in person at the hotel too just like old days!.

The location is excellent, given that Kusadasi is situated in the middle of Kusadasi's town and is located on steep hills. The dorm bus stop is just outside the hotel and the number 5 buses go between the two locations. The rooms were large and cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. Really comfy bed. The staff was wonderful, and the pool and sun lounger area was cleaned every day. If necessary, there is laundry on-site with an ironing board. The little supermarket next door also has a fridge, cooking appliances, kitchenware, and crockery. Lift to all floors. The amount of things could be more, but it turned out to be a fantastic holiday.
