Our stay here was good. At first we had to wait for 2 and half hours before our room was ready. After 2 hours of waiting, we went to eat some lunch. But when we got back our room wasn't ready yet. The breakfast isn't what I hoped for. It's simple, but in the price range, I'd say it's fine.

I've been warned that there are far better places to stay nearby. After a long journey, organization, room wasn't ready when we arrived, wasting precious time considering the length of the trip. No warm welcome or refreshments. Apart from being nothing like the photographs, the rooms were sadly dirty and not cleaned on a daily basis even after requesting at the front desk multiple times. No amenities for the bathroom, shampoo or shower gel were provided like other hotels in this category. Staff unfriendly, unhelpful, and downright uninterested in making our stay memorable or helping with anything despite the number of inconveniences we encountered during our stay. Once everything has been paid for at the front desk, they don't pay more attention to you as a visitor. The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location, as it is close to a variety of shopping, restaurants, and cafes on Iklala Street.

The location is great, close to the bus and metro stations and Isteklal Street. They provide safe and clean rooms and friendly personnel that are there for you. They will also give you assistance in whatever you need. They provide a simple breakfast, but they also provide free coffee, tea, and Turkish coffee in the lobby at any time. The internet connection is also excellent.

Mevki guzel Personel de ayni sekilde kibar ve yardimsever Tek olumsuz yorumun kahvalti hakkinda olacak.. vasat bir kahvalti, dusunun ki beyaz peynir bile yok.. guzel bi dinlenme sonrasi guzel bi kahvalti yapmayi aramiyorsaniz kesinlikle kalin derim.. ama kahvalti da ariyorsaniz malesef onermiyorum..
