We had an excellent stay. The rooms were excellent and clean. Staff was nice and welcoming. The location was great as well with great shopping and dining within walking distances.

Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderbar. Die Einrichtung sehr modern, die Betten und Bettwäsche hervorragend. Das Personal ist nett und freundlich. Wir haben ein Zimmer Upgrade ohne Aufpreis erhalten. Es liegt sehr zentral, die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Metro sind schnell zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, es gibt frisch gepressten Orangensaft gegen eine geringe Gebühr. Das einzige was zu beanstanden wäre, es gibt leider keinen guten Kaffee. Mit einer guten Kaffeemaschine wäre das Problem sofort behoben. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis TOP. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank.

All around a great hotel. Staff were extremely friendly; rooms were freshly remodeled and modernized, albeit a little small. Breakfast was rather simple and limited in options, but I don't typically eat breakfast anyways other than a cup or two of coffee. Didn't have a chance to try out the spa, but I'm sure it was great. Location was fantastic, minutes away from the tram and metro; and well within walking distance of major attractions such as the Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Would stay again!

I really enjoyed my 2 week stay at this hotel, the front reception staff could be more friendly but the head chef Zaki made my stay memorable! He was hired during my second half of my stay & I felt an huge change in the breakfast options & the atmosphere- he came over every more to say good morning and to ask if we needed anything - his personal touch made our stay feel very welcoming. Additionally the housekeeping staff did an amazing job at cleaning. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to shop at Fatih or wants to explore neighbouring areas. I’ve already recommended the hotel to family & friends.
