When other groups also came at the same time, I came with a group tour. With only two tiny elevators accessible on each side, the lobby was incredibly busy. I have to wait a long time for the elevator to arrive. The room was sufficiently large, but it smelled damp and humid as if it had not been used for months. The bathroom also had the same smell. To get fresh air into my room, I attempted to open my balcony door, but the odor persisted. My room 5515. The bathroom's water flowing was another issue due to the balcony itself facing the construction across the street. We took showers frequently, but water still stays on our feet. Waiting for water to disappear from the shower area took about 30 minutes. The bathroom facilities were limited 1 small soap and 2 small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. No toothbrush, cotton bud, or tooth brush. The cuisine at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast varied, but it was bland. Given that many groups had arrived at the same time, the restaurant was crowded during the meal. It was far better than supper at 7 a.m. Breakfast was more leisurely than supper.

We had a great time in September and were excited to return in May. We stayed on September 22nd. Everything was as anticipated, with all the employees being very kind and helpful. From check-in to check-out, everything went as expected, with all the employees being very kind and accommodating. We talked to one of the supervisors, Ibrahim, about a couple of very minor problems with the restaurant, and these were resolved right away with professionalism. Although the weather was windy and unsuitable for outside entertainment, the staff moved to the lobby bar, which, despite being quite crowded, allowed everyone to fit in and enjoy the spectacle. I was amazed at how quickly the bar staff could keep up! On occasion, the pool became fairly occupied, but if there are no sunbeds, if there are no, simply ask a friendly member of staff and they will fetch more. In terms of the pool, that was the scene of the Oktoberfest, which was great fun and included a ton of food, drinks, and games. Catch dolls from just outside the reception buses, which operate multiple times per hour and are fairly inexpensive and are dropped off in the city center, where there are numerous shops and restaurants, etc. Or, if you want, use the hotel shuttle to the beach shoes at the private beach club.
