The room was more than we had expected. Clean, spacious and wonderful views of the Bosphorus, Galata, Topkapi and the Golden horn. The photos on the website do not do the former bank/ palace justice. Just a five minute walk from Hagia Sofiya, the Blue Mosque and Basilica. The staff were amazing and extremely knowledgeable regarding value for money currency exchanges, food places and transportation. We had a jacuzzi in the room which was a treat.

The Staff, particularly Tatiana, the Manager, who at all times wanted to know if all was OK with our room. We were assigned the best room, with a fantastic view of the Bosphorus and Hagia Sophia. The breakfast area was a bit tight, especially at 8am, when the hotel opened for breakfast. The hotel is strategically located... all main points of interest in Istanbul were only 10-15min walk!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were the friendliest I have ever encountered at any hotel—they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were visiting because my mother had surgery, and the level of care and compassion we received was truly unmatched. The staff were so accommodating to her needs and even went out of their way to upgrade our room, which made her recovery more comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. Honestly, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful trip so much easier and more enjoyable! Our home away from home.

Excelent location. Only few minutes walk to Hagia Sophia and Blue mosque. Also close to Grand Bazar. We stayed in Presidential suite and it was very clean and spacious and had a very good sea view.

The hotel is brand new and very beautiful. The staff was amazing, helpful and very pleasant. Everyone speaks English so communication was easy. The breakfast was very good. Location is great, uphill but not steep.

First of all, the hotel staff is amazing and extremely helpful. Exceptional customer service, hands down one of the best places I’ve ever visited. Hotel is an old bank that converted to a hotel, which is pretty awesome. Room that I stayed at was very clean, and did not feel like your typical hotel feeling. Great breakfast, and location-wise one to the best spots you can find. It’s walking distance to blue mosque, grand bazaar, spice market and other touristic spots. I like the fact that it’s not in the middle of the chaotic streets where noise never ends. I want to thank Cengiz, Muhammet, Gökhan, Suleyman, and Serdal for their great hospitality. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Nos gustó mucho quedarnos en este hotel. En invierno las habitaciones del edifico principal son sustancialmente mejores, ya que para acceder al edificio secundario hay que hacerlo por el exterior y a través de escaleras. Las habitaciones son cómodas y con todo lo que necesitas. El armario es quizás un poco pequeño para estancias largas. El desayuno es bueno y abundante. Otro punto fuerte del hotel son sus trabajadores, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La localización es muy buena, en pleno centro cerca de las atracciones principales.

My stay at Ring Stone Hotels Old City was disappointing and unacceptable based on what I booked and what I actually received. I selected a specific room category shown in the listing. What we were given was simply not the same. It was smaller, different in layout, and absolutely not the same view from the terrace, not match the photos. Hotels have an obligation to provide the exact room category a guest pays for. You cannot advertise one room and then give something inferior. This is misleading and violates basic hospitality standards. What made the experience worse was discovering that the room across from ours — the one that matched the listing photos — was being prepared for another guest. When we politely asked if we could wait for that room since it was the one we actually booked, we were told no because it was being kept for someone “important.” This is absolutely unacceptable. It is unethical to give a guest’s reserved room to someone else simply because you consider them a VIP. If a room is available and matches the reservation, it should be assigned to the person who booked and paid for it — not reassigned based on favoritism. The location and staff were fine, but the way the room situation was handled completely overshadowed everything else. I paid for a specific room and got something similar. Would not recommend; this is my 5th time in Istanbul and the first time I've encountered this situation.

Je remercie le garçon à l'accueil de nous avoir guidé jusqu au parking , pas évident à trouver. Petit couac avec la gérante qui me signifie que je n'ai pas le petit dejeuner compris dans le prix. Et veut me faire un geste commercial afin que je ne paie qu'un petit dejeuner sur deux . L Erreur venant d expedia , je les contacte afin qu il fasse le nécessaire . . .. Expedia intervient assez rapidement . J ai réservé une chambre vue sur la ville. Je me retrouve dans une chambre assez étroite, dans un batiment annexe, vur sur une cour intérieure. Le batiment principal de L hotel est beau . Parking hyper pratique .
