Çalışanlar oldukça yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. İsteklerimizi ellerinden geldiğince geri çevirmediler ve yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Park sorunu yoktu.hemen karşısındaki park alanına park ettik. Odalar biraz küçük gibiydi ama kısa bir tatil kaçamağı için yeterli.

Serpme kahvaltısı gerçekten harikaydı, ürünlerin kalitesi ve sunumu çok özenliydi. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımsever, her konuda kendimizi çok rahat hissettik. Kış mevsimi için bile konaklamak adına çok keyifli ve sıcak bir yer. Odamız direkt denizi görüyor, manzara gerçekten eşsiz ve huzur verici. Her şey beklentimizin üzerindeydi, kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz. Her açıdan çok memnun kaldık, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Great staff (espially the waiters/bar staff) and hotel. Stunning views from our room. Breakfast was supurb and the fact that is served until noon such a treat. If we go back to Bitez this will be the hotel we book.

Konum, temizlik ,manzara ,çalışanlar, konfor ,rahatlık hepsi mükemmeldi.Tam kafa dinlemelik huzur dolu bir yer. Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir işletme oldu.Geç giriş yapmamıza rağmen çok yardımcı oldular Çözüm odaklı ve müşteri memnuniyeti hedef alarak çalışıyorlar tavsiye ediyorum

We stayed for 6 nights at Roas. A family of 4 with two teenage girls. The hotel is small yet has everything you need. The view from the restaurant was beautiful. The grounds clean and pleasant. The family room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the bay. The bathroom was small and needs updating. What we appreciated the most was the helpful staff, especially Ahmet and Lucky. They were wonderful and very helpful. Offering useful tips on where to go. They made us feel at home and very familial. The room was cleaned everyday. The hotel is on a hill, only 5 minute walk to the beach. We liked this because it was away from the noise of the beach front where there are lots of hotels, restaurants and bars. Yet conveniently located. Lucky showed us where we could get a bus to Bodrum which took only 15min to the town centre. And instructed on price and how to get back. It was easier than expected. We ended up going to Bodrum 3 times by bus. All in all, a wonderful stay made even more special by the lovely staff at the hotel. Thank you

Our stay at Roas Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and professional, polite service from every single staff member. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and offers stunning views of the sea. There’s a lovely pool on-site, and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Along the beachfront, you’ll find charming shops and restaurants that add to the relaxing atmosphere. I’ve traveled to many cities and islands across Turkey and stayed in various beautiful hotels, but Roas Hotel has been the best hotel experience I’ve had in Turkey so far. Special thanks to the incredible staff , Han, Polat, As, Serkan, and a very respectful gentleman who worked the night shift (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name). Every one of them went above and beyond to help us and made us feel truly welcome. One of the most important things to highlight is that all the staff speak English very well, which made communication easy and stress-free. They gave us great recommendations for places to visit and always spoke to us with kindness and respect. We’ve already decided that we will return to beautiful Bodrum and without a doubt, we’ll be staying at Roas Hotel again. Highly recommended 🥰❤️

Harika bir konaklamaydı 1 gece çocuklarla aile odasında kaldık ama ilgi alaka temizlik otelin konumu sabah 12 ye kadar olan serpme kahvaltı ve huzur dolu sakin bir ortam hepsini yaşadık kesinlikle daha uzun kalmak için tekrar gideceğiz tavsiye ederim
