We booked this hotel specifically in order to be able to use the spa and swimming pool. When we arrived they were under maintenance and we were unable to use it. Nowhere was this explained in the hotel information and when we complained the staff was argumentative and not sympathetic (claimed that we should have been told this at the time of booking, but this was not the case). We believe they were well aware of this situation and this is a bit of a scam to not clearly state that the spa facilities are out of use. Apart from that the hotel was basic and clean enough, staff (apart from the person we complained to) were pleasant. Have complained also to Tiket but no response from them In over a week. Will never book with this company again.
