Hotel ini tidak memberikan fasilitas bintang 3, kamarnya kotor, spreinya juga kotor. Anda tidak akan mendapatkan selimut dan kamarnya dingin. Sarapan hampir tidak menawarkan apa pun. Saya sangat merekomendasikan akomodasi ini. Jangan percaya penawaran yang menawarkan hotel ini sebagai bintang 3.

Hotelnya sangat bagus, stafnya luar biasa, bersih, hampir seperti gambar, pelayanannya bagus, sangat membantu, saya sangat menyukainya, lokasinya bagus, tapi tidak ada pemandangan dan tidak ada lift. Kamar singlenya kecil untuk waktu yang lama. Saya merekomendasikannya dan berterima kasih kepada mereka atas pengalaman menginap yang baik dan nyaman serta bantuan dan layanan mereka. Yang bagus.

We arrived in istanbul and immediately headed to this cute little hotel. Loved everything about it. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice breakfast. Great location if you want to shop. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. The only downside is getting there is a little difficult if you drive yourself. But with a local driver it wont be an issue.

Hotel menghindari kenyataan bahwa lokasinya sangat dekat dengan semua fasilitas. Kamarnya tidak nyaman, sarapan tidak ada, karpetnya bau kucing di lorong. Tidak ada selimut atau bahkan seprai yang cocok untuk alas tidur. Kami hanya tidur dengan seprai. Ruangan dingin dan insulasinya buruk, air terputus dan wifi tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Untuk kamar mandi, ada kotak toilet di dalamnya. Dia tidak membersihkan sampah atau bahkan mengganti handuk untuk 3 toilet. Anda setidaknya harus tidur hangat jika bukan itu masalahnya. Untuk mendapatkan pengalaman yang luar biasa.

Kami masih belum mendapat kamar yang diperbaiki karena kami ditempatkan di kamar lain. Tangga di satu koridor sulit diakses dan kamarnya terlalu kecil dengan kamar mandi kecil. Begitu kami sampai di kamar yang ditugaskan, tidak dibersihkan, sabun hotel sudah habis (termasuk di kamar yang berantakan), kami tidak punya tisu toilet. Staf tidak berbicara bahasa lain selain bahasa Turki, meskipun mereka memahami bahasa Bulgaria dan Inggris dengan sempurna.

We would definitely go back! Rosalie palace, as it is now known, is a fantastic place to stay. The Grand bazaar is within walking distance, and there are some of Istanbuls top restaurants and patisseries. The hotel isnt the most luxurious, so dont anticipate the Hilton, but it is fantastic i had a great time. The room was adequate for us, and it had a fantastic bar fridge. The staff is helpful and pleasant whenever you need it, just ask and communicate, and they will assist you. It is very economical, offers excellent value, and even includes breakfast!.
