Excellent pool facilities, with plenty of space for sunbathing. Be careful of russians stealing towels from the pool, though. Fresh omelets, local cheese, and greens make up for the good selection for breakfast, and like in all hotels of this caliber, the cuisine is always mediocre. The waiters are supposed to bring drinks to the table for dinner, but since the majority of them are just collecting plates, you must act quickly or else you wont get any. A la carte restaurants are a huge joke, with a redefined menu that is not initially shown, and food is unquestionably not at the highest caliber. Furthermore, you must wait for numerous groups to complete each course before being assigned to the next. Despite the fact that some of the employees have poor English proficiency, the majority still have a welcoming attitude. Although the evening shows themselves are not particularly excellent, something is scheduled almost every night.

This hotel is amazing. This place is very beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for making my vacation so lovely. The food was delicious and the animation was lovely. I felt like a real family. The sea is quite close by and I love it so much. Choose this hotel if you want to have a good time.

Were staying here now and after reading some reviews I got worried, but no need. This hotel is beautiful, all clean, and staff work hard. Westayed in 2 family rooms and asked for a double bed and a twin, and that is what we got. The room is beautiful and spacious. We arrived at the am and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. All speak English and had no problems. The food can be repetitive, but there is always something for everyone, and everything is labeled in English as well as other languages. The beach does have a rocky sea bed, but you dont get hit by rocks you can easily swim safe. Konakli is just across the road, so can walk to shops. Love it here and highly recommend it.

I have been here for 3 days and still 3 days. No fault of the place, the staff were very friendly and approachable. The food is excellent, the drinks are of high quality. On arrival there was another English guest who was very rude to the staff and swearing very loudly, but he was dealt with very fairly and professionally. All in all we loved our stay here.

I'm glad I took a vacation. At the beginning of October, we were staying in a hotel. My family and me were with me. We were given a great room with a great view. The ambiance is clean, and the staff is pleasant. But the tripadvisor and reservation costs are too high. The animators' work was poor, there were no activities. We had ultra all-inclusive types, but there was no differentiation from all other hotels. It was essentially the same for all costs. Beer was eyes, wine had a normal taste, but cocktails and strong drinks were not of high quality. The evening performances weren't every night. The ice screen was small. One person was unable to take it with the entire party. Some of the people were smiling and joking, but some were exhausted. Maybe because it was the end of season. I believe a hotel is more appropriate for older people. My rate is 7 out of 10.
