It was very sincere to get to know this hotel. We arrived late at night and were greeted as dear guests. The hotel has an airport shuttle, but because we have two days, we wanted to see the city. Because of your kindness, beautiful views of the bosphorus, delicious breakfast and coffee, and a very tasty breakfast, you will undoubtedly return! Very nice! P. S. They checked me into upscale rooms without charging me extra, gave me sweets, thanked me, it was my birthday, i didnt tell you, thank you. My avatar is from the restaurant Cisterna brasserie.

The location is excellent, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We had a great time during our stay there. I appreciate you providing me with sachet cake on my birthday. Without denying, i will be back! 10 out of 10.

This hotel in turkey is the best. We are very happy to have stayed here during our trip. The staff was great, respectful, and nice. Aziz, the guest relations manager, had great recommendations for local areas and was especially helpful and treated us well. I felt very comfortable staying here. Also, rooms were clean and tidy to perfection. Every time we come to Istanbul, we only stay here once.

The hotel is in a great location and close to everything. We had hoped to stay at the royan hotel in turkey, and we were very happy with it. The staffs kindness and assistance were outstanding! Our stay was enhanced by the excellent service provided. I will definitely reserve idly book t he hotel on my next trip to turkey.

I heartily suggest this hotel to anyone seeking excellent quality and service at a reasonable price. I had to reschedule my stay several times due to an emergency family. The staff was very accommodating and flexible about my situation, holding my room for the same price as before. Sultanahmet is ideally situated for this place, and it boasts enchanting terraces. Breakfast is excellent, the rooms are wellkept, while the staff is friendly. 5 out of 5.

We were able to walk to everything in 20 to 30 minutes because there is nowhere better to visit. The employees were excellent, extremely helpful, and kind. If you are a light sleeper, i advise you to bring earplugs. You cant find if you want to see all of the nearby tourist attractions. We got the biggest room in the hotel, it was roomy and tastefully furnished. However, the only drawback was the noise, as the walls are not completely soundproof, so you may hear rowdy customers or unruly children.

I would recommend it. Very nice staff, i stayed there with my two sisters for 7 days and at the end of our stay we received a goodbye gift. We checked in by mr. Muharrem very cool guy who helped us incredibly and made our experience in turkey amazing. He even gave us advice on places to go to and was also kind enough to show us how to use transportation here, all with excellent english. On the first day we arrived at this hotel we were already welcomed warmly and the rest of the week was even better. I have been to turkey once and when he remained with his family then the hotel was nothing like royan sophia hotel. Not once did we feel uncomfortable during our visit. Im definitely staying at that hotel again and hopefully it will be muharem who we will see at reception. Thank you everyone and thank you muhare

The hotel is immaculate, and the staff provides exceptional service that makes you feel very unique. Excellent service, front desk service. All cleaning ladies are of the highest caliber imaginable. Delicious cuisine, attention to detail, etc. Are all of a very high cadence.

Excellent, the friendliest staff ever, starting with the managers, who are both knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast crew, attentive and preparing a tray for room service, was attentive. There was supper, including the bellman who gave the room dazzling bed and drapery decorations, and the housekeeper who made the most of her day or night.

The hotel boasts a charming staff and is conveniently situated just ten meters away from the sultanahmet tramvay stop. The receptionist muharrem exuded warmth and made us feel at home, providing us with calming comfort. However, the only drawback is that even using maps to locate the hotel proved to be somewhat challenging, despite our efforts to overcome this issue.

Personally, i believe the experience is excellent. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and has the reputation of being an enthusiastic turkish person. They gave us recommendations for places to play. Although the room was a little smaller, it was still adequate and satisfactory.

I cant wait to return to this lovely nation, and when i do, ill undoubtedly stay at the royan hotel. This was one of the most charming hotels ive ever stayed at. The personnel were very friendly and accommodating for our stay. We slept extremely well each night during our five nights here. There is a lovely cafe on the bottom floor with ornaments from the Greek archeology. Upstairs, there is also opulent dining that offers stunning views of water. Grand bazar and all major local attractions are within ten to fifteen minutes walk of this hotel, which was the best feature. Emine deserves special recognition because the hotel was exceptionally clean and the cleaning staff went above and beyond to decorate our rooms. Servet, the manager of hotel service, treated us like members of his family.

This is one of the best accommodations ive ever stayed in. The front desk staff here is incredibly courteous, caring, and cooperative. Since i was in india, mr. Serwet, moharrem, or anes assisted me with numerous tasks, including planning everything on whatsapp calls and getting to and from airport transfers. They also packed me breakfast as if he was leaving me on the day ill check out and gave me turkish coffee cups and plates as parting gift. Some rooms have fantastic sea views, are tidy, spotless, spacious, etc. Sultanahmat square, major restaurants, rooftops, all within ten minutes walk of this hotel. You should stay here unless you are visiting turkey.

The location was ideal, and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. All the nearby attractions and numerous eateries were within walking distance. Excellent customer service is provided by this lovely hotel. I will stay at this hotel again if i visit turkey again. The staff was very knowledgeable and assisted us in planning our vacation. Additionally, the hotel was immaculate!.

Saya sangat senang saya menginap di Royan Hagia Sophia Istanbul. Kamarnya modern dan bersih, saya suka dekorasi di seluruh hotel (kekaisaran yang indah). Lounge sangat tenang jika Anda ingin beristirahat, menyelesaikan pekerjaan atau bahkan minum kopi pagi. Staf sangat membantu, berpengetahuan luas dan berusaha keras untuk memberi kami saran, rekomendasi, dan membantu kami berkeliling. Lokasinya luar biasa. Tepat di dekat semua tempat wisata utama dan sangat nyaman untuk dilalui dengan berjalan kaki. Ada juga restoran yang luar biasa dengan banyak pilihan. Kami memesan kamar standar. Menurut saya, agak sempit dengan dua koper besar dan 1 barang bawaan kami, tetapi kami mengatur ruang dengan menumpuk koper di sudut. Berpergian ringan atau tingkatkan ke kamar yang sedikit lebih besar jika Anda tinggal lebih lama, tetapi harga, lokasi, dan akomodasi layak untuk dikunjungi.

This is a new boutiquestyle hotel located in the heart of the historic Sultanahmet district. We had adored every minute of our stay here and honestly didnt want to leave. The service provided by everyone at the hotel was firstrate, including the bellhops and also the front desk staff, namely aliz and serwet. I even met the owner, fatih g. He was very kind and accommodating. Our accommodation had an issue, so we were upgraded to easier, different room, which greatly improved our visit. Included turkish breakfast for free, as is customary at many hotels in this area, is the only improvement i would suggest.

This hotel was a jewel. The entire staff was extremely helpful and wanted to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and memorable. It was. Roof restaurant offers dazzling views, and the meal was excellent. Excellent bedding and towels were provided in the room. In the historic district, there is Hagia Sophia just if you walk away, while the blue mosque is only ten minutes away. Additionally, the topkapi palace wasnt far away at all. We had arranged for securing onsite tours through the hotel and had an amazing time with her. She gave us incredibly rich history and made sure we knew where to go and what local restaurants to visit. I advise using car service from the hotels airport to the accommodation as it appears to be merely transferring across the entire district. Our guide confirmed that you require someone who is familiar with the area to get you to your hotel. Walking around the place is highly recommended.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing! All reviews are accurate! The staff ensured the highest level of cleanliness every day! We are a family of 5 and stayed in the presidential suite which was very comfortable! Breakfast was great and we ate every morning before starting our daily trips to all the major sites, everything was within walking distance! I had i had an amazing experience and will definitely come back! My trip to Istanbul would not have been the same without the Royan hotel Hagia Sophia!.
