Très bel hôtel, personnel très gentil et serviable. Nous avons pris une chambre supérieure avec balcon donnant sur la rue et le parc adjacent et c’était magnifique. Localisation excellente près de palais de Topkapi, du musée d’archéologie et du tramway. Excellent choix.

Very nice hotel right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the tram and other transportation. Priced right with all the creatures of comfort, sauna pool, Turkish bath, and spa massage, along with spacious rooms. I would highly recommend Sirkeci Mansion to anyone who wants to be in the heart of the Haiga Sophie, Blue mosques and the Grand Bizarre.

Using a favorite travel book, another online service, and reviews, I choose the Sirkeci Mansion Hotel primarily due to its’ location to many sites we planned to visit and its amenities. This place was a pleasant surprise in all aspects. All staff members were respectful, helpful and the room we booked was clean and especially spacious as advertised. A great stay in all regards - the breakfast was a great way to start our day!!

Charmantes Hotel in perfekter Lage für Besichtigungen und Schiffstouren, inkl. Fähren. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht. Es gibt in der Nähe viele Optionen, um ein typisch türkisches Frühstück zu genießen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.

Great location. Wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast. Next to tram stop which we learned to use to ge around. We stayed in a top floor room with veranda, which was very nice. Highlight was the great free neighborhood tours offered by the manager. We did the neighborhood culinary tour and the Golden Horn tour. Incredible experience. This was the perfect base for our four days in Istanbul. Highly recommended!!

This really is a gem in the old centre of Istanbul, with very kind staff always willing to make your stay special. We chose this for the great reviews, location and the option to experience different sides to the city through their complementary walking tours and cooking class. In the end we only did the cooking class but it was so worth it! Great experience to try the local flavours and chat with Okay the manager who explained what the cooks were doing (and how we should cut, etc). It added a lot of value to our stay (and everything was delicious!) The hotel has a spa downstairs with a small pool, this was my daughter’s favorite afternoon activity. The rooms were spacious and clean and we were happy to have the family room with connecting doors. The breakfast buffet was varied and had something for everyone. We were there for 5 nights and explored much of Istanbul by walking but the tram 1 stops right next to the hotel which takes you to the other side of the city as well. Very easy. The Gülhane park is also across the road. So all in all, a fantastic place where we would stay again!

Absolut nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, Hotel liegt super zentral und die Zimmer sind absolut in Ordnung, sauber und immer top gepflegt. Der Hamam Bereich und der Pool sind nach einem anstrengenden Sightseeing optimal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch völlig in Ordnung und ausreichend. Top war auch der nachmittags angebotene Cay und die Sesamringe im Aufenthaltsraum. Insgesamt top .... besonderes Lob an das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. DANKE

Staff are excellent. Hotel location is central to all major sites. Large, delicious breakfast. Room was spacious and clean with a great view of Gulhane Park. Lots of shopping on the street in front of the hotel. We h8ghly recommend Sirkeci Mansion.

If you are going to Istanbul to see the main sights, this is definiotely where you should stay. First, all the staff is fabulou8s. They took great care of us and helped us a lot! The location is in easy walking distance of all the main sights. Itr is along the wall of To[paki Palace.We could see into the Topaki Gsardens from our room window. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends visiting Istanbul.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting the sites of Istanvul. It sits very close to Haga Sofia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, and Topaki Palace. It is right outside the wall of the Topaki Gardens. The staff is superb! Extremely hel[pful. We loved them. You are not going to find a better place to stay in Istanbul for touring the main sights. Lots of great restuarants.

We had a wonderful stay at Sirkeci Mansion in the beginning of March 2026. The service was excellent, the staff were warm, attentive, and very quick to help. Whenever we asked for water, it was brought immediately. The breakfast was delicious, and we especially loved the afternoon tea from 3 to 5 PM, such a memorable and tasty touch. The location is perfect: next to the park, close to major sights, shops, and also convenient for the ferry to Kadıköy and other areas. The terrace on the 4th floor with a park view was another highlight. A charming hotel with truly outstanding hospitality.
