I decided to stay here for 8 days because this was my cousin's birthday and we booked a family vacation to celebrate. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially one lady called feliz. She helped me with my food and drink because I have mobility impairment, she couldn't have done enough for me. This made my holiday so much better. We plan to visit again in the future.

The buffet menu here had a wide selection of every cuisine and taste. The location is outside of Kusadasi and this hotel and spa are magnificently appointed. In our room, we were given a spacious suite with two balconies, and there was a gift plate of fresh fruit. We stayed for two nights. The hotel's spa services were used by a significant part of our group. We used the fitness room and were pleasantly pleased. The stairway that leads to the main gate is steep, so you must cross the road across a blind curve to get to the sidewalk.

This hotel has many advantages and drawbacks, so I'll give you my summary. The restaurant, bar, and reception at a stunning panorama of Kusadasi have very kind and helpful employees, and the service was quite great. There was a problem with the water pressure system, there is hand sanitizer on the lift's wall, and there is a fire exit sign, in the corridor, and there was a problem with the gym's outside and inside facility. For the entertainment, there was a lot of people dancing at tables, but the girls dancing there made the hotel appear cheap if you stayed for more than five days. The Turkish dancing, man in hoop, and fire breathing were all extremely enjoyable.

The room is well-kept and well-decoded. Excellent breakfast and dinner with a wide range of food. The team is always ready to help. I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed as a family of 7 people aged 1773 and can honestly say that we were all disappointed with the hotel, it's facilities, and the food that was offered. Our food and beer were a major letdown, we had to eat out 13 of the 14 nights we were there! When we got to the hotel, we were told we would only receive half a cup at a time given the amount of wax, which is provided in paper cups. When you want water, this is offered in a children's plastic sippy cup! However, there is a huge lack of variety at mealtimes: There is only so many times we can eat eggs at breakfast and the food at other mealtimes, although edible, was very repetitive. The lunchtime snacks were again, dirty plates scattered throughout, and there was no one available to help yourself. The hair dryer was not working for the first four days, and the air conditioning was practically nonexistent in comparison to other rooms. On that same route, there is a lovely restaurant sorbet. It was a pleasure to speak with a cab driver outside the hotel who recommended a visit to star beach. We had a great Englishspeaking tour guide and he had us laughing all week long. In the beginning, we had the good fortune to get to know a taxi driver outside the hotel who offered to schedule him later that week and
