I couldnt have chosen a nicer hotel. The location is 5 stars, in the center of everything, and when you are in sanitized cities, every minute counts, which probably saved me two days on my commute. Service - they always responded on time and offered assistance, providing valuable advice on the area, services, or tips on how to make the most of my timeandmoney for my plans. Rooms are old but cultured, so upgrade if you can, its definitely worth it. Special thanks to the front desk!.

I heartily endorse Sultanhan hotel - Special Class to anyone searching for a fantastic location to stay in Istanbul. I had the pleasure of staying at the special class sultan hotel, and i cannot recommend it enough. The personnel were incredibly helpful and polite, as was the rooms, which were tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. All of the citys main attractions are easily accessible from the hotel because it is situated in an excellent area. There was hardly any variation of turkish food available at breakfast, but it was delicious.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. The staff is amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Only thing i would like to change is the level of noise when people close their rooms. I am an early sleeper and woke up several times during the week due to the banging doors at night.

We spent five days in turkey on a city break. This is incredibly lovely grand hotel. The entire staff was excellent. It is conveniently located for all the major sightseeing activities. We also utilized the spa facilities and received acupuncture from Anna. Strongly advised!.

After reading so many reviews, we were given two rooms at this location, but each one is unique. I am sharing both experiences so that other readers may benefit from them. The person who checked us in was pleasant and welcoming, and our checkin went smoothly. After a long flight, he offered us supper for the same day and checked me in early about an hour early! We requested clean accommodations, which we received one that was free of charge. However, the secondfloor room had clogged drains and dated bathrooms. It wasnt very pleasant to see the view from the window. This is not suited for someone who is used to staying in international fivestar hotels. One more significant advantage is their rooftop dining area, where guests can enjoy stunning sunrise views of the city. They also offer decent breakfast options. We dealt with irahs young man who exchanged currency, gave us less than promised, then sold us the candy they give away for free to visitors. He initially said each packet was 200 liurana, later changed his word to say it was 400 ilirata each. When we returned one of those unopened packets, she was at loss for another. An unpleasant incident that destroyed our trust with them because we didnt have time or energy to argue with him or report him to the hotel manager. If one lives in u.

Almost all major attractions are within walking distance of the hotel, which is situated in the center of sultanahmet area. The hotel offers a free breakfast on the rooftop terrace. It has incredibly lovely views. Very kind and accommodating staff. They assisted us in carrying our luggage from taxi to room. On arrival, they serve sherbet to guests.

Our stay was truly delightful. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views, allowing you to witness the rising sun from Asia and all the boats in the harbor at night. Both the evening meals and the breakfast were excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Even the chef came up to introduce himself and serve our main course. Every aspect of the cleaning service was meticulously maintained, making sure everything was neat and orderly. Our taxi back to the airport was organized by the staff, which was reasonably priced. Although the hotel is located off the main road, it is quieter at nights but within walking distance of trams and sightseeing. Overall, the personnel were outstanding, we extend our gratitude to everyone involved.

The hotel is really nice and offers excellent service. However, the rooms could benefit from improved facilities such as bathroom water moving slowly through drains and dull lighting. The location is excellent, just a short stroll from the blue mosque and grand bazar.

My husband and i stayed at the Sultanhan hotel for 6 nights in September and we couldnt express how much we loved it there. First of all, the hotel is located right in the historic center of Istanbul and its very convenient to do sightseeing as everything is within walking distance (Aya Sofia, blue mosque, Topkapi palace, Grand bazaar, basilica cister, etc. The second, interior design is done in opulent style and im so happy to be immersed in such a genuine atmosphere during our stay in Istanbul. I was absorbing every detail of the room decoration, ornamentation on bathroom tiles, and furniture design. Third, restaurant on the rooftop. When we went there for our first breakfast, elevator doors opened. We couldn't believe our eyes. 360degree views are so insanely beautiful from there! Mosques, marmara sea, bosphorus river, among other things, can be seen. Eggs, sausages or fruits, vegetables, cheese, yogurt were all served with the basic food. Last but not least, staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Our front desk clerk gave us some really good recommendations for places to go shopping or where to get hygienic treatment, while also making sure we werent fooled just for being tourists. It was great fun there, thankfully ive never even remembered anything we didnt like there either. Would stay there

Fantastic location, close to major attractions and all within walking distance. The concierge was friendly, helpful, and genuine. Checked in and changed rooms, which wasnt a problem. Breakfast is fresh, although albeit limiting, offers stunning rooftop and river views of istabul. Television had limited channels but allowed casting, so this wasn't an issue for the kids.

Perfect location, blue mosque is only a 5minute walk away, tram station is just around the corner. Many shops and restaurants are also nearby. There are no complaints at all. This hotel is highly recommended. Excellent position, right in the center of Istanbul and close to popular tourist attractions, restaurants, and the grand bazaar. The rooms are charming, roomy, clean, albeit a touch outdated. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
