Très bon hôtel, personnel extrêmement gentil, piscine et situation top! Seul bémol, les chambres en sous sol, pas de prise électrique ni lampes de chevet à côté du lit! Mais niveau qualité de service et de personnel c’est un sans faute!

This was my second stay and first big plus for me is the location 2 mins walk into the main square. You are 2 mins from the tram line and all the shops and main square. Staff is friendly and helpful the rooms are cleaned daily. even though we didn’t have a view of the river my friends did but for me it’s very important to have lots of natural light . We were on the 3rd floor. The breakfast is a good variety and you can order different types of eggs if you don’t fancy scrambled. I am planning another stay in September if the price is right ☺️

Perfect location. Everything was walking distant and close by. Breakfast was full with lots of options every morning. Staff was more than helpful for any questions or issues. Would recommend and stay again.

Honestly it was a great stay. Firstly all the staff were really nice and friendly ( all of them). Secondly they upgraded my room for free which was lovely and just what was needed for my family ( we got two rooms attached together). The pool was really nice and the area around the pool. The location is fantastic for hagia sofia/ blue mosque/ grand bazaar ( I travelled with elderly parents and so needed everything to be close by). The only thing the room didn’t have was an iron ( which I thought was weird- but still made it work) but honestly not a big deal because everything else was amazing!!!! I would definatly stay here again!

Jai adoré mon séjour à Sura Hagia hotel. 1/ tout le monde a été très gentil avec moi. 2/ le service était parfait 3/ possibilité de faire des tours avec le service de conciergerie et aussi une carte sim pour le téléphone. 3/ la terrasse et le jardin très beau pour prendre un thé ou un café turc. Je conseille 4 / le Hammam, waouw, un moment génial pour se reposer après une longue journée de visite. 5/ encore une fois, des gens très gentils qui vous donnent des conseils aussi pour sortir ou vous déplacer J'espère revenir bientôt Merci beaucoup.

The hotel was very central in the Sultanahmet area, within a few minutes walking distance to main attractions like Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern etc. Also, it was only 2/3 minutes away from the closest tram station which is great. The hotel itself was very pleasant, clean and modern - the staff were very kind and attentive. Great variety for breakfast. Even though it was very central, it was quiet at nights and not too busy outside.
