Highly recommend! All staff was very attentive, checking in often to meet your needs. The property is beautifully kept! The spa was lovely and the food was delicious! The view from the rooftop restaurant overlooks the bay and provides an idyllic setting to watch the sunsets!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall service was excellent, but what truly stood out was Meryem. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and always had a smile on her face. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests made a real difference. Meryem is a true asset to the hotel and played a big part in making our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

The rooms are fantastic. We stayed in a room with its own pool. Just stunning. The staff were brilliant. Location a short taxi ride into Bodrum. We will come back and bring our family.

Çok güzel bir otel, yalnız buranın her şey dahil olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Bu tarz güzel bir otelin kahvaltı dahil seçeneği bence olmamalı direkt her şey dahil olmalı. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve tatlılar. Havuz çok ilginç bir şekilde sabah 9 da açılıyor pool bar ise 12 de. Sabah çıkmadan son girmek istedik ancak olmalı ben sabah 7 -8 de havuza giremeyecek miyim? Bence düzeltilmeli. Onun dışında her şey çok iyi

The staff from the valet to reception to restaurant and all around were well trained and extremely helpful and friendly. The garden room with partial sea view was amazing and spacious with a beautiful garden and a queen size quilted sun bed.

This original property of Hilton’s LXR assortment of top-end indulgence hotels, does not disappoint. We entered into a coaster world away from the dusty street approach outside, gated grounds ushered us into the luxury that awaited. Valet parking took care of our hired car, we were seated in the minimalist lobby while the friendly night desk manager took care of check in. Our rooms were absolutely stunning . The property is located in multiple duplex buildings each housing 3-4 spacious rooms. We were upgraded considerably at no additional cost to a premium twin room for our children and a spacious junior suite with separate dressing room and a bathroom with acres of marble. The bed was so comfortable and the pillow menu helpful but actually not required as a selection of different pillows were on the bed as standard. The restaurant served excellent breakfast included in the room rate. Dinner at the hotel was a little quiet for our pinning so we often ate out as taxis were cheap and easy to obtain, Türkbükü apps 20 mins away as a small seafront town is recommended for its carefree but beautiful and stylish dinner and cocktails venue on the seafront. Back at Susona days were spent either on the multiple private wooden jetty’s with sun beds allowing you to dive straight into the sea off your private jetty or at the family beach with huge Balinese daybeds or at Frankie beach club which encompasses large pool, bars restaurant boutique etc with live DJ, huge sunbeds here too. Initially was not pleased with the room that was provided. There seemed to be confusion as to what room/view was booked. Front desk and management did listen to our feedback and changed our accommodation to a room that was in-line with our expectations. Overall a positive experience, and we were thankful for the staff and their willingness to ensure we were happy.
