Amazing staff at this hotel. During my stay I ended up in a tough situation involving a taxi driver and my mom's phone going missing. The management here helped me communicate, coordinated a three-way call, and helped step by step until we got it sorted. What stood out most was how human they were. They did not treat it like "not our problem." They treated it like a person needed help. If you are considering this hotel, know that you will be looked after by good people.

Çok iyi karşılandık iki saat erken gitmemize rağmen odaya aldılar açık büfe kahvaltı yeterli şekildeydi güzel düşünülmüş çok beğendik ailecek ilk gün bile kahvaltıya davet ettiler çok sevdik ortamı sıcak aile ortamı vardı asansör olması da çok iyiydi taksim ayağınızın dinindeydi gece hiç ses olmadı çok rahat uyuduk

We started here twice in 1 week.First stay our first room was very small (our booked room not ready),moved to another room for the second night….could barely even open the door to get into the bathroom due to bed blocking door. Could not cool the room down…heat pump would only allow heat.We returned for a third night a little later in the week and the room we got that night was much better.Only downfall was again could not cool the room down…only heat from heat pump.Rooms a little rundown but price was excellent.Good for a place to sleep.

Brilliant locaton within a minute's walk to istiqlal street and all great centre locations. Friendly staff and simple breakfast. Rooms are also basic and comfy. Well worth it for a short stay.

We were staying at this hotel for 8 days (3 sisters) we booked the regular triple room, all things was perfectly done,the room was perfect for what we paid, the staff are like family, from mr. Sukri to all the guys and the 2 ladies, always smiling and helpful. If i will again so to istanbul i will sure come back to this hotel. 👍😁

This hotel is ideally located and close to Istiklal Street and the more interesting buildings. I've also enjoyed the quiet area and walk easy over the most interesting sites.

Excellent location, as is the delicious breakfast. Without a refrigerator or safe, the rooms are very small and unattractive. The bathroom is also very small. The only time we cleaned our room for four days, it was very bad, and the maid never changed the towels either.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was a very pleasant stay. I got an excellent place, it was spotless and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. This place has a good location, close to everywhere, including all the tourist attractions and the Galaxy. The employees here were very nice and attentive.
