3 aile olarak 3 gece konaklama yaptık.Odalar temizdi ve kapıya not bırakırsanız hergün temizleniyor.Genel olarak bir aksilik yaşamadık.konum olarak gezilecek yerler yürüme mesafesinde gayet güzel konum.Herkez memnun şekilde ayrıldık.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering it. The hotel was stunning, the room was spacious with great air conditioning. The main disadvantage was the wifi was pants, luckily I had a roaming package for my mobile. There was no elevator in the building, so I was able to climb 73 stairs up and down from my room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided free bottled water if you wanted it. The room had a kettle and fridge, but it would have been helpful if they had provided mugs and teaspoons.

The staff is friendly and helpful, they speak enough English to understand and be understood, and some of them speak Arabic. Breakfast is traditional Turkish breakfast and they make coffee to order, including Turkish coffee. The rooms are simple but relatively large, clean, and functional. The bathrooms are new and also clean.

My stay is truly unforgettable, but I can't put it into words. The location is excellent, the personnel was incredibly kind and helpful, they assisted me in planning transportation, restaurant reservations, and test reservations, and they were incredibly comfortable to deal with, and they spoke English, which is an added value. My room was so cute, spotless, and had a mixture of modern and traditional Turkish design, which I adored the most. I strongly endorse this hotel because it is committed to making my stay wonderful and enjoyable.

This hotel has a fantastic location. It's only a 2 minute walk to the galaxy bridge and 5 minutes to Istiklal Saddest. This is a fantastic base in Beyoglu. The rooms are clean, spacious, beautiful, and well-maintained. Everything here is perfect. The value for money is very well worth what we get here.

I booked on-line through Hotels.com, and if this review sounds poor, most of the problems were due to not being able to contact Hotels.com after the booking was made. The Hotels.com chat system didn't work at all - the only thing it allowed me to do was request an additional copy of the itinerary. That's all. I won't use Hotels.com again. Otherwise the staff were hit and miss, the phone number given to us by Hotels.com was either incorrect or unattended. There was blood stained on the bed linen which was attributed by the hotel to their laundry contractor. In the end the reception staff were there, and helpful, and the room was large (we booked a deluxe suite) and quiet (on the third floor). There is no lift but there was a comfortable reception area with free tea, and they kindly stored our luggage for 4 hours after checkout. The guys at reception were awesome but communication with the hotel prior to check-in was almost impossible and when I did get through to someone they quickly became impatient with my English and hung up on me in an aggressive manner. I would gladly stay here again, but the booking experience was awful. Never again, Hotels.com. Of course I will be surprised if you allow this review to be seen.
