Great hotel just two minutes from taksim square. Friendly and helpful staff. Good cleaning. Now to the negatives. The street it's located on has a lot of trans prostitutes especially on evenings but that isn't the hotels fault. And the breakfast wasn't very good either. Overall a great place.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel’s cleanliness was top-notch, and the value for money is excellent I truly felt like I got more than what I paid for. The Turkish breakfast was a real treat, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. What really stood out was the hotel's location, it’s right in the heart of the city, just a stone’s throw from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. You couldn’t ask for a more perfect spot to explore the city. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul!

I really enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Every time the wifi goes down, the receptionists make sure to help me reestablish the connection. Breakfast is great. The rooms are great and good value, especially with the fact that taxiim square is only a 5minute walk away. I didnt find anything bad. The best thing i liked was the staff. I read in the reviews that it was not clean, but i promise it was very clean. I will definitely stay at this hotel whenever i go to turkey.

Hotel keluarga yang sangat cocok untuk semua kalangan. Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan alun-alun Taksim dan jalan Istiklal. Stafnya sangat membantu dan ini adalah hotel keluarga yang cocok untuk semua orang.

My friends and i stayed at this hotel for about a week and it was amazing! First of all, the location is great, it takes almost 3 minutes to get to taksim square, metro station, bus station and vans. We could go to esteqlal street anytime we wanted! The room was clean and spacious. We got the deluxe family one. The staff and reception were very helpful, they helped us when we asked for anything. When i asked for iron in the lobby and as soon as i got off the elevator and got to my room, the lady rang the bell and brought it for me! They charged tea, water, coffee and other things every day! Breakfast was also very delicious. The menu is not very varied, but we were satisfied. Just remember toothbrush and toothpaste are not included in room service. My friends and i agreed that with the budget we had, we could have the most amazing travel experience. I hope everyone who stays at this hotel has a good experience like us!.

Hotel bintang 4 terlalu berlebihan untuk hotel ini. Lobinya buruk, saya menghabiskan 5 malam di hotel ini, kamarnya kurang bersih, wastafelnya tidak terawat secara teratur, menu sarapannya enak. Senang rasanya dekat Taksim.

If you plan to spend a few days in Istanbul, this hotel is suitable for you. It is conveniently located near taksim square, where the metro is located. The facilities are satisfactory. The staff is exceptionally professional and friendly. We stayed in a luxurious room on the top floor, with only stairs available.

Saya menghabiskan seminggu dengan istri saya di hotel ini dari tanggal 11 hingga 19 Maret dan sangat terkejut dengan sambutan staf yang sangat ramah dan nasihat yang baik. Kamarnya indah, hotel yang sangat bersih, tidak ada yang perlu dikeluhkan kecuali harganya agak terlalu mahal.

Hanya karena kami menginap 1 malam, kami ditempatkan di sudut terpencil di lantai pertama, ruangan itu seperti kandang ayam, jendelanya pecah, tidak menutup, itu pasti hotel yang buruk, saya tidak merekomendasikannya.
