It's an all-inclusive motel with paid wifi for 2 days, one device, cocktails Mojito 5 and tequila 4 etc. Local alcohol such as vodka and gin is mixed with water! Literally, no shampoo, shower gel, or hair conditioner, let alone slippers. They only provide soap. When we checked in the room the air conditioner wasn't working so we went to reception to complain. Thankfully it was fixed. Also, you only have air conditioning in your room. There is no dining area or lobby. It's 35 degrees outside. Some of the employees there can be rude to you. If you complain to the general manager, they will protect your staff, not you. Hotel looks good on the photos. It's really old and the pool is full of people and kids. They claim they have three bars, three pools and slides. Slides work only four hours a day, and one of the pools is only open four hours a day. One of the bars has no stuff and can only get water or coffee. They also have a gym, which is two on two square meters. I also checked at 4 am. After a long journey I was hungry, but they didn't provide food or snacks from RP until RP, so I had to wait three hours to get food. They have only aqua aerobics and darts in the hotel. no other

In reality, the hotel looks fantastic on the pictures, but it is a very old tower block with very poor amenities. The location of the hotel isn't great either, as the Alcana City Center is about 20 minutes 13 km from the hotel. You can go to the bus number 50 which charges try or a taxi that charges a minimum of 20. The indoor pool is open for a total of 4 hours a day 710 and 1718. There is no lifeguard on the beach and there are no facilities/attractions like water sports. Cleaning standards are way below the average standards. Towel dispensers in public bathrooms have feces on the toilet seat. The food is repetitive basically the same bland food served every day just served in an alternate way like in the video below. Chips were raw and chilly most of the time. To have hot food, you must queue for over 15 minutes. Local alcohol is watered down and you probably have to drink a whole bottle of clean spirit. The animations seemed to be aimed at pensioners not young families with children or young adults. Wifi is only free in the lobby if you want to use the room safe you have to pay a premium.
