Ive been here for 3 days and everything has been quite nice. The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They helped us with addresses regulations in the country etc. Arda Berke was also very helpful in the rooftop breakfast area.

Hello there, we stayed at this amazing hotel for 7 days, the room was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially berk who was always there when needed. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, i have to mention that it is close to taksim square, the supermarket sok is right next door, and the bus station is just a few steps away. Thank you artisan hotel team for your wonderful hospitality.

Strongly advised! The hotel, rooms, and cuisine at the rooftop restaurant were all excellent, but what truly made the difference was the impeccable service provided by the housekeeping team, including deniz, aziz, gizem, samet, and deniz. The location is excellent, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Hotel ini memiliki tim profesional yang luar biasa, ramah dan penuh perhatian. Terima kasih khusus kepada Serkan, Aziz, Vulkan atas perhatian, perhatian, dan selera humor mereka yang luar biasa! Kami tinggal di hotel ini untuk pertama kalinya dan sangat senang. Bagi kami, lokasi sangat nyaman untuk Taxi Square dan Istiklal Square, beberapa menit jalan kaki, ke Dolmabahce Palace, halte trem, stasiun pemberangkatan angkutan laut selama 15- 20 menit dengan kecepatan lambat (turun). Internet "Terbang". Sarapan disajikan di restoran, di lantai paling atas dengan pemandangan yang indah. Pilihan hidangannya bagus dan berkualitas tinggi, tetapi tidak ada yang bisa dikatakan tentang kopi Turki, beberapa bartender menyiapkannya dengan luar biasa. Kamar bersih, nyaman, semua fasilitas kamar mandi, pengering rambut yang sangat baik, setrika dan papan setrika, brankas, minibar dan layanan tata graha yang sangat baik. I cant wait to return. For now, ill suggest it to all of my friends. Follow me on instagram for more updates! My expectations were surpassed by the hotel. The rooms and lobby were both roomy and opulent. The scent of the linen was divine. And the view from the rooftop. Where do i even begin? You can see the entire bosporus river, the european and asia side, as well as the blue mosque and the Hagia Sophia. The breakfast spread was also fantastic. But what truly made this place special were the employees, deniz, serkan, and volan. I was a little lost when i tried to get here on my first day, so i was cold. They made me feel at home and offered me warm beverages. I realized the location was excellent at night. Quiet but close to taksim and the kalbata ferry station. On my second day, i realized i couldnt charge my phone. Deniz went out of his way to get me a charger and even showed me the invoice for it. The people are sincere and courteous.

Excellent service, especially for mr. Arda Berke, who makes his visitors feel at home and is incredibly kind, supportive, and caring. The room service team is also excellent. Breakfast is excellent. I appreciate it! We must commend the excellent assistance and excellent support provided by gizem Ersoy, the supervisor of guest relations. She acts like an angel, directing you to the appropriate locations and quickly resolving issues. Many thanks for it.

Kami memiliki pengalaman yang sangat baik dari sambutan pertama hingga terakhir. Stafnya sangat ramah. Lokasi hotel sangat bagus. Kami tidak memiliki masalah dengan tempat parkir. Kamar-kamarnya cukup luas. Tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman. Handuk dan seprai sangat bersih. Jika saya pergi lagi, ini adalah hotel yang pasti ingin saya tinggali. I stayed here for a week on my honeymoon, and the rooms were clean. The hotel is very close to taksim square. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast, and the selection was quite wide. Thank you to enes and okan for their kindness. I will definitely stay here again.

I booked a room here for two days. The condition of this place is comfortable with a warm staff. The rooms are very clean and well furnished with all necessities. At the breakfast, my husband and I make an effort to make us comfortable and help us decide our sightseeing route. There is an additional room available. After that, I will update the review if we complete our stay.

Secara keseluruhan baik, hotel ini luar biasa. Namun, ada beberapa kekurangan. Sarapannya bagus dan berkualitas tinggi. Namun, tidak ada ikan dan pilihan daging yang buruk. Pintu kaca kamar mandi (geser) bergetar saat bergerak. Umumnya tidak ada isolasi suara antara kamar mandi dan ruangan. Jika bukan karena ini, saya akan memberikan 10 poin.

I stayed at this great hotel for three nights. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms and common areas are very clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar on the main floor are a great place to eat or drink. The breakfast buffet is great. This was my first time in turkey and it was a great place to stay. Depending on traffic, it takes about 25 minutes to get to old town Istanbul.

I would recommend this hotel if one of my colleagues or friends asks me where to stay in turkey. I really liked the hotel and Istanbul. The staff makes it special, just like it is made special by the people who live there. Bellboys, waiters, housemen, concierge. The compliment from the hotel was delicious. I would especially like to mention Volkan and ergin. Very nice and helpful people, smiling and hospitable, thanks to them the holiday became even more soulful. Also, they accepted my late checkout as a compliment. The only negative was that when i left, they couldnt help me carry my suitcase up the mountain to the transfer to the airport. By the way, thanks to the administrator who informed me about such a transfer, i walked for 11 minutes and carried a heavy suitcase. I apologize, i work at the merure hotel in sochi, and our bellboys helped carry luggage over long distances at the request of the guest when the road was blocked or in bad weather.
