I spent six days in Istanbul with my husband. Because we needed medical help, the personnel could not have made the situation any more pleasant. I sincerely hope we chose this hotel at the very least. In terms of accessibility, the hotel was not to blame for the tiny mishap in our room. The employees went above and beyond to assist us, relocating us to a new room, and making sure we were at ease after a brief word in their ears. The motel was under renovation, and the building next door has undergone considerable renovations to add additional rooms to the bianche per, so I recognize there might have been a few bookings, but approach the employees calmly and they'll help you, I assure you, they're that kind!. Before the procedure, we required couid tests and had to show the results to the hospital. They arranged for someone to arrive at the hotel and send us the results within four hours. The meal, which is served in a very diverse buffet format, is well worth the extra little cost. I do not anticipate everlasting being anywhere else in the new year. We must admit we were a little concerned before we arrived, despite having read some rather terrible reviews on Google and here. We cannot comprehend why people have chosen to leave them less than stellar ratings.

The hotel is a nice one. The receptionists were very kind. The breakfast was delicious with a nice desert. The location is close to everything in particular. Its family friendly, and I will recommend it to everyone. Special thanks to seemed and late.

We reserved three rooms for five people from October 23 to October 25 on October 7, 2021. The motel sent us about four emails after we arrived at Istanbul's airport. The first one mentioned that the card we used to make the reservation was rejected after 16 days from the reservation!, the second that two of the rooms we had reserved were unavailable for sale, the third that the rooms had suddenly closed for repairs, and the fourth that the reservation had been postponed without asking us to October 26 until October 30. We complained to the hotel because they claimed there was an error in the application website regarding the rental rate, and they offered two suits, one for four individuals and the other for two individuals. We chose to leave the suits because there was no other option. It turned out that the suits are in a structure near the major hotel without security cameras or reception, and that anyone can enter and access the suits. The two single beds were added, making the room uncomfortable, there were not enough closets for all guests, and there was no room in the room. Many essentials were missing from the suits, such as a table, chairs, telephone, refrigerator, water, and a safe that wasnt working. The manager showed up as though she was astonished by what was going on and promised to check the issue, but never sent us another piece of information. The incident was terrible! It was a dread

There was a slight issue with our room, but this was not the hotel's fault,.. However, after a little word in their ears, they couldn't do enough to help us, shifting us to a new room and making sure we were comfortable. We needed couid tests shortly after arrival because we would have to present the results in hospital before the treatment. They arranged for someone to come to the hotel to take the tests and emailed us the results within 4 hours. Breakfast is a very varied buffet style and well worth the additional small amount paid. Meet and Janette went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of, even calling us upon arrival back to the uk to ask if Everlasting went well on the journey home. And I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else when I return in the new year after reading some pretty harsh reviews on google and here. We must admit we were a little nervous before we came, but honestly, hand on heart, we can't understand why people have chosen to leave less than perfect reviews. The hotel isundergoing renovations, the building next door has been purchased and is undergoing a lot of work to add more rooms to the bianche per, so I understand that some bookings may be a problem, but just approach the staff quietly and they will jump through hoops to help you, I promise!.

We were really impressed when we landed at this hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful, the facility is close to shipshape metro station which is a good opportunity to get to all cozy places in Istanbul. I will love to thank the housekeeping team for their wonderful services. Sadly, I couldn't meet them during checkout. I couldn't find them, but I'm sure the next time I'll. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our journey so successful and hope to see you again.

Once we arrived at this hotel, we were very impressed by how pleasant and professional they are. They are close to the metro stop Shiphape, providing a convenient location for getting to all the comfortable places in Istanbul. I would like to appreciate the housekeeping team's wonderful services, but unfortunately, I was unable to meet them at check-out. I can't find them next time, but sure will be. The reception team was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for making this trip successful and we hope to see you again.

Great and convenient hotel within 50m from Sishane metro station (M2) exit, if you know which exit to follow. Look for Kasimpasa exit then Refik Saydam escalator. Nice rooms but mostly not Seaview booked via this site. Tea cup and glasses only available on request. Saw a female senior receptionist at the counter who appeared to be quite condescending, to say it politely, to a guest with young children who clearly was struggling with his English. There was no need to be unfriendly which was pretty off putting for other guests who happened to be at the lobby.

Apart from the scrappy breakfast, I was surprised that the hotel decided to limit the breakfast due to limited customers according to the receptionist. Also no tea, coffee is provided in the room. I wouldn't recommend staying in the hotel
