The hotel is in a great location, close to the port. Our room was very spacious and newly built, so it was clean and perfectly decorated. The reception staff were very helpful and polite. Everything was perfect.

Sincerely, i am astounded by the level of attention given by this hotel, from the checkin process to the stateoftheart rooms. Ive been to turkey numerous times and have stayed in many fivestar hotels, but this establishment is truly stunning and deserves six stars! I would strongly advise booking along with breakfast because they serve delicious food. The hotel is conveniently located near the galata port mall and public transportation. For their outstanding hospitality, topnotch service, and extravagance, jenn, sila, Hilal, or irem from reception, we would like to express our gratitude. Maestro management deserves a big thumbs up for having such incredibly talented staff!.

It was a wonderful stay and i had savoring every aspect. The room had an amazing view. All the staff members are very cooperative and serve you with kindness, especially mr. Hilal who assisted me in requesting that food not be on the menu. Mr. Adem, serkan, elif, Engin, gorkem, anas, and abdullah. And all the hotel staff.

The hotel boasts a prime location and exquisite design. The staff, from the management team to the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff are exceptionally professional and friendly. Our stay at the hotel was truly delightful. We were treated to exquisite detail and stunning decorations throughout. I am definitely planning my next visit there. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

I had one of the best experiences in turkey during my three nights at this recently opened hotel. It is a very welldesigned and cozy former structure that has been converted into tavern. The staff was helpful and polite. Since they just opened, i noticed some improvements, but im sure they will soon improve them and run the hotel more effectively. They brought supper plates with flowers to my room on the day ive been too ill to go downstairs for breakfast. Their actions demonstrated their concern for their visitors, not just their mere words. When he returned to turkey, we would stay here again. Also, the towels and bathrobes were of extremely high quality, so much so that if possible, it made me want to buy them.

The reception staff was friendly, but please use another word not to hurry when they ask you to check out before 12. The restaurant server for breakfast is very nice and full of kindness and happiness. It was really beautiful and the staff at the reception were nice, however, please do not rush when you want to checkout before 12 pm.

Elegant. It is one of the most luxurious hotels in turkey. The staff is more than friendly and helpful. Food is excellent with a variety of options. Right opposite galataport with its vibrant restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.
