The location was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the beds were comfortable. However, on the first night, there was a slight shift in the lighting, which left some guests uneasy. Overall, for the price, this place offers excellent quality.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from topkapi palace and the Hagia Sophia. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. However, we were moved to a different room when we checked in. One bed had shattered legs and an incorrect shower. We asked for some clothes to be washed. And were called in the middle of the night to make remuneration when the clothes were delivered. They wouldnt let us pay in advance. Our final room was pleasant and they cleaned every day. Clean towels were provided on recurring basis. I would not stay here again, though.

A pleasant hotel that is conveniently located near the city center. The room was excellent, with a lovely shower and hot water available at all times. Even though the walls were leaking some water, the air conditioner in the room worked perfectly. Although breakfast was provided, we left too early to try it. It was clean. In terms of price, it is acceptable. Beware of the roads, you must have some legs here because the streets are going up and down all over the place.

The hotel is close to the main attractions and has all the amenities you need to see, so you can walk there in 10 minutes. Even to restaurants and turkish baths. Its conveniently located near the harbor and from the top, making it easy for you to climb the mountain without any problems if youre good at physics. Not noisy. The rooms are adequate, and you may change them for free unless you dont like them. They made a mistake with our room, but they still helped us change it and offered us brisk breakfast, which is delicious with turkey tea. Although they try not to sell us anything, the staff is extremely friendly and informative. Additionally, they provide taxi and wagon service. Staff members are fluent in english, arab, or türkisch. Please remember to also offer them tips for their excellent service as well. I just want to say hello to everyone and hope to meet you all again in the future. Inshallah.

The location of the hotel was good, the room was clean and had a very nice bathroom. Even though the rooms themselves were tinier than expected, it was fine because we didnt stay there many times. The best part of this hotel is the staff, they are always nice and smiling. They are also very helpful (they repair our ukulele without asking for anything in return). The rooms are average, clean but not too spacious, beds are uncomfortable, staff are very kind, there is an elevator in the hotel. The best part of this hotel is the terrace on the roof with a beautiful view of the bosphorus. Nice boutique hotel in idly located 10 minutes walk to sultanahmet square.

The hotel boasts a prime location, being close to bazzar, the blue mosque, and the basilica cistern. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs. Selim, in particular, was extremely helpful with assisting us with several requests we had, including additional towels, cleaning services, ordering cabs, or directions to various locations in the city.

My boyfriend and i stayed here for two nights from august 27 to 29. Everything was fine, ive paid at the hotel in advance. Excellent service at checkin. They brought the suitcases upstairs. The room was tidy and had a lovely little balcony. It didnt appear like they had prepared the room for 2 people. There was only one towel for showering, no toilet paper in the space, and there was no blanket on the bed. If everything was prepared, we definitely would have liked to have reserved ten more people with us. We went downstairs to the counter and asked if they could bring it upstairs for when we returned. When we came back, they did not bring anything upstairs, so we called them, who eventually brought everything we needed. Except for that, everything worked out fine. From the balcony, there is

Very good location, only 5 minutes from de blue mesquite and haiga Sofia. The water flows nice and heavy. Owner is very kind and available. What we didnt like was that the room and bathroom were dirty, we found old soap in the shower and some old sleepers too, lots of fluff on the floor and dirty bins. They need improvement but have a lot of potential.
