We requested Twin, but double was arranged due to staff overlooking. Since the hotel was full, the night staff re-arranged to Twin in little time. Well done! 👍

Hotel muito bem localizado, na minha opinião melhor ponto de Istambul, ao lado da Mesquita Azul, 2 quadras do Grand Bazar, 100 metros do metrô. Funcionários atenciosos, muito limpo, excelente café da manhã. Recomendo

Embora seja um hotel 3 estrelas, o tratamento é de 5 estrelas! Funcionários muito prestativos, educados e profissionais. Sempre dispostos a ajudar, dar informações sobre a cidade, oferecem café, chá, doces típicos e bolos todas as vezes que retornamos ao hotel. A localização é excelente, café da manhã bem servido, quarto de acordo com o que é mostrado nas fotos e limpeza impecável! Os funcionários Nursi e Azat são maravilhosos, super prestativos, de uma educação ímpar e são um exemplo de customer service. Recomendo esse hotel de olhos fechados! Quando viermos outra vez à Istambul, com certeza ficaremos nele.

Each day were were offered complimentary Turkish tea or coffee, with cake, and this was often bought to our room at their insistence. Couldnt do enough to advise on what to do and see, and arranged a boat trip for us, including getting us there and back. Location is amazing (5 min walk to the key sites) and surrounded by some great restaurants. Excellent value for money....i cant say thank you enough for making our stay comfortable, welcoming and hassle free.
