In general, I don't write reviews, but I was astonished by the many unfavorable evaluations of the hotel. Everything was ideal for us, the service was very helpful, particularly Ali, who if you're reading this, thank you so much. Such help creates a comfortable ambiance here, he quickly and successfully resolved any problems that arose. The meal is delicious, the rooms and swimming pools are clean, ideal for families without children. I will return here next year!.

We came to enjoy a peaceful week holiday, taking in the scenery, and not having issues with roadhouse utensils. We requested a room with a jacuzzi, but it was impossible to remain there because all the furniture inside was old, and the awful odor in the bathroom prevented us from remaining there. The worst part was unusable electro music until midnight right outside our room window. The food wasn't excellent, but we never had a hunger. It was difficult to locate English-speaking personnel here. We were fortunate to have a different room, even a bungalow, close to the sea on the adolescent day. It appeared that cleaning service would only appear one time in three days. We had to find how to change towels and participate in the west to find new shampoos and shower gel. It was very disappointing when the bar always open in the evening was somehow closed for a wedding party on Sunday, with again loud music and an impolite request to leave due to a private party. Given the amount we paid for our week here and were treated like late in a cheap motel, we didn't understand why we should have a problem. I would not suggest paying for a full price at this hotel. The clean sea and small bay close to the beach are the only remedies.

The hotel advertises itself as a five-star hotel, but sadly, we can only rate it as a three-star hotel. But, let's start with the positives climate, sea temperature were perfect. Even on the most hot days at 41 degrees, we didn't feel like we had to sit down under the conditioner all the time the food at the restaurant is okay. The quality and taste were normal. Vegetables are always fresh, good meat and fish rooms were okay, nothing special, but nothing bad there. Very low wifi. There was no wifi in my parents' room and a very low wifi quality in my room. There is also no wifi in the beach and hotel area. You can find it in the reception and lobby, but it's also very low. Most staff cannot speak English and are not interested in understanding it. Partying every night until 12 a. M. This is the place for you if you like partying! Even if you're in your room, you can hear all the music and it won't let you sleep. Bad odor. Unfortunately, you'll hear a bad smell walking around the pool. We believe the staff was cleaning something, but we frequently heard it. Alcohol of very low quality.
