Çok iyi ve güleryüzlü patronun kendisinden karşılandık.Çevrede yapabileceğimiz hakkında çok yardımcı oldu. Odamız çok geniş ve temizdi. Kahvaltıyı baya erken ayrıldığımızdan dolayı denemedik. Herkese tavsiye ederiz

Very helpful staff, did above and beyond. Property clean and well designed and decorated. Only thing sofa is stained and no elevator. I stayed at main floor so no issues.

Nice hotel close to the centre of Trabzon. Lot's of restaurants and cafés in the area. Room was well equiped, maybe little bit small for some people but we liked it. Friendly staff and owner also.

I had a great 2-night stay in a single room. Everything was very modern and the staff were helpful. There were hot and cold breakfast options, and the hot breakfast was different each day. The AC and the fridge worked well. It is in a great location and everything is very walkable. Some of the downsides were that the TV only had one English channel (that I could find) and the travel agency that the hotel promotes internally for day trips was 15 minutes late for a scheduled pick-up. Other than that, excellent stay!

we like this hotel, cozy, clean and accessable to interesting places especially foods and shopping! only that, no elevator but don't worry.. the staffs is always there to helps. the breakfast was delicious, not much selection tho, just enough.

The employees are very helpful. Ibrahim is a host who is very keen to provide you with a pleasant stay. He even offered me a day with him to visit sumela monastery and its surroundings. Very grateful. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The two women who cook the breakfast are also very nice and welcoming. Thank you to all of you. I recommend this hotel.

Honestly had a really pleasant stay here! My room was clean and had a very modern layout. Its located in a pretty central location in Trabzon, everything was like a 5-10 min walk and the tours from the hotel were pretty affordable, each tour costed me around $13(CAD)....and they include transportation some tours you may have to pay for entry fee but still all are affordable prices. There is only one negative comment that's really not a big deal. But the surrounding area along the shore front is under construction as well as the Trabzon Camii Mosque. I say it's not a big deal because once the construction is finished you will understand why this hotel is the best place to stay.... So really it's not a negative. The staff were plenty nice and really accomodating they tried their best to speak English with me but that was not a big deal google translate helped a lot. Overall I would go back there again and I would encourage others to go as well!!!
