I would definitely recommend it to everyone, thank you. Excellent hotel location, everything is within walking distance. The interior design is perfect, the rooms are clean and wellmaintained, and the staff, location and service are simply amazing.

The worst place to go is the air conditioner, which divides you into a lack of cleanliness, mediocre breakfast, and disrespects the grace of God. Their psychology is awful, they insult the saudis, see themselves losing by God, etc. I left them for two more days, but i refused to give him the money back.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10minute walk from grand bazaar, with plenty of shops nearby. The front desk staff member is excellent. He speaks excellent english and is quite helpful. Additionally, the personnel are really cordial.

During my stay at the valens hotel, there were two people who provided excellent service, which i greatly appreciate. The manager, muratat, and samet were both very kind. However, the bed linens and curtains were quite filthy.

The best place to stay in turkey! I adored the area, and murat was particularly present throughout my entire stay. He answered all my familys questions. Additionally, he provided excellent advice. Up to this point, the room service has been the most reliable. There, during my stay of 17 nights, my expensive possessions were kept unattended. If i ever return to turkishiye, im going to reserve this hotel.

We had a great time at Valens because of murad! The front desk staff member, murat, was really helpful. Ive been here with my mother for over three months. His customer service rating is 10 out of 10. Very nice and well spoken in both english and turkish. Even though we were having trouble getting used to things in Istanbul, he went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He gave us advice and suggestions from outside the hotel as well as inside the hotels. My mothers face almost always gets gloomy because his customer care and kindness almost made me smile. Thank you, madam, and good work.

This hotel is among the best ive ever stayed in. The staff is amazing and the place is immaculate. I have been here for two months with my kids. It is conveniently located near trams and trains, main shopping areas, and restaurants within a 2minute walk. If you are visiting turkey, i highly recommend it to everyone.

I stayed at the valens hotel for seven nights from 11 th to eighteenth november. The price is reasonable and affordable. It is conveniently located near neer Yusuf basha station in aksaray market and is only a 5minute walk from akhsar station. You are always accessible until 11 pm, and the restaurants are open until 1 pm. There is tasty box in the room and i like the nice electric door system. If you want to set the thermostat or clean the rooms, or even if you are inside the space, the screen on the outside can tell that. A coffee corner with dnd and two battles of water, as well as housekeeping daily cleans the area and refills it with coffee and water. Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10.30. Two hot dishes and soup, along with many items that could be cut with hot and cold drinks. Other facilities include turkish hammam and spa, sauna, massage, but those facilities are available with an additional fee not included, there is no parking, however, staff members are friendly. Next to the hotel, they have xylounge and laundry, including even Tylor. Additionally, although it is not recommended for foreign visitors because they appear to be mafia, be sure they will take all of your money out for

My experience at istanbul aksaray valens hotel was amazing. Its affordable hotel in a good location, close to everything you need for daily use. I want to thank murat from the receptionist who made my stay very memorable. Murat will help you with anything you require from Istanbul all you have to do is ask him. Finally, i want thanks to all the staff at the valeen hotel who gave me easiness to return one day. Thank you all.
