Staf yang sangat ramah membuat liburan kami sempurna. Terutama Selahattin dari resepsi sangat baik dan bermanfaat dan kami senang mengetahui mereka dan berbagi waktu di sini. Terima kasih yang sebesar-besarnya dan selalu menjaga senyuman untuk setiap tamu, itulah yang membedakan kami. Kami berharap untuk kembali.

Für Notfall übernachten ist ok aber niemals mit einer Familie hin fahren da neben an eine Produktion Firma ist wenn man Fenster öffnet es stinkt oder morgens schon so laut ist das man nie ausschlafen kann . Zimmer Reinigung gibt es nicht wie gesagt nur übernachten das war’s . Rest kein Kommentar

Only 3 staff in hotel, they were unwelcoming, unfriendly, indifferent and there was a lack of communication. At check-in they do not tell you about the hotel & it's services, like the house keeping. When we got to our room on the 5th floor, we were greeted with disgusting waft of sewage! The room they provided to us was ridiculously small fit for 1 person, even though we booked for 2 people. We could barely move in the room. The bathroom in the room was very dark & suffocating. The curtains were broken. The air conditioning was not working which resulted in a very stuffy and hot room. The next morning we were looking forward to breakfast, but we were disappointed. The breakfast area was unhygienic, small, had a depressing atmosphere. The food was terrible. There was only 1 lady that prepared breakfast & did the house keeping. She was not a nice person. She was snarky & rude. Since day 1, she had a vendetta against my partner & I. We found this out because she would not say hi when we greeted her nor would she clean our room. Our room was cleaned once during the 5 days, this was at check-in. We changed room to little bigger one with air conditioning working. We were greeted with a toilet seat with urine all over it. We reported this to the lady & she was insistent that we were lying, even when we showed her the toilet. She huffed and cleaned very aggressively. That was the last time she cleaned & provided fresh towels for us. Please don't book this hotel!
