The hotel was incredible. It was like staying in a condo. My room was huge and had a super huge balcony. All the rooms were large and the bed was extremely comfortable. All the utilities and appliances were top-notch. Such a great value. The beach was literally maybe a three-minute walk away if that. There was no restaurant on our property but there was a restaurant right next door that served great food. I would definitely stay here again. It is one of the best, course conscious places I could find and I don't regret a minute. My only challenge was that there was no real gym on the premises but hey what was I expecting for the rate? The staff were super helpful. The local fish fry was just a few blocks away.

Amazing property! right next to the beach and you can walk or bike to the town and grocery store. Staff amazing and very helpful if I needed anything while i was there.Literaly down the block from the famous Thursday fish fry, Mr. Groupers and Shisha lounge. I want to keep this a hidden gem but the property deserves their flowers.

The staff were some of the nicest we have encountered. They go out of their way to help in any way they can. The rooms are spacious and definitely a great value for the price. It was so nice to have a full size kitchen which is hard to find at this price point. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. There are chairs and umbrellas there for you (though they could probably stand to have a few more). We had a car but if you didn’t there are quite a few restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Close to the beach, spacious and clean with daily housekeeping, AC, and a large balcony. Two bathrooms made it ideal for sharing with a friend — overall a great stay.

My stay here was absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed our stay. The Tides is a small luxury lodging frfr and thats what I truly liked about it. It was so quiet. A while vibe. We stayed in the downstairs unit with the patio that opened to the pool. Now if you decide to stay this year (2026), be mindful that there is a large hotel being built behind them. The construction was during the day ONLY. At night it was just sounds of nature and the water. The walk to the beach is literally a 3 min walk. Bay Bistro is right behind Tides and has some amazing food. Brenda the Manager, is a JOY. The grounds crew worked effortlessly to keep the property looking nice. More so due to the debris from the construction of the new hotel behind it. But the crew did an amazing job while we were there. No it is not an all inclusive but it is a PERFECT getaway spot for Turks. The room was stunning, and I cant stress this enough. The interior was calming, minimalistic and welcoming. I checked out a bike and rode to the store to stock the fridge for our stay to ease spending of restaurant food. The bike ride was about 7min each way. Oh if you arrive early you have to check out the Thursday Fish Fry. So good. Its walking distance from the hotel (literally down the street).

The rooms are beautiful and exceptionally clean, which really allows you to relax in an environment outside of your own home! The staff are extremely helpful! The beach is literally a 2 minute walk behind the property and can be seen depending on room view. The property also has a golf cart and staff able to take those who have ambulatory concerns. The washer and dryer in the room are a great amenity to have because of the beach days. Stephanie who works at the front desk is caring and concerned with guest needs. The island is about 35 miles so if you rent a car, everything is within a good distance. Important: driving is on the left side of the road (opposite of USA).

The stay was fantastic. Try to bring bug spray as the mosquitos are alive and well at night time no matter where you are on the island. Everything else was immaculate. Clean room, staff was super helpful and kind, beach views all day, and free parking if you are renting a car. Do remember at about 11pm the gates close so you can't really leave with a car. The office and gym are usually open pretty much 24/7 so if you do need assistance do not fret. Weather is kind of random depending on when you go, so don't trust your weather app completely.

I had a great experience staying at The Tides. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The location is a major highlight—just a short walk to the beach, with complimentary beach chairs available for guests to use. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and daily housekeeping does an excellent job keeping everything in top condition. Parking was plentiful and convenient, which made things even easier. While this isn’t a luxury resort and doesn’t claim to be perfect, it offers excellent value for the price. If you’re expecting a high-end resort experience, there are pricier options nearby—but for what you pay here, The Tides delivers a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I wouldn’t put too much weight on overly negative reviews; in my experience, they don’t reflect the overall quality of this property.
