Good location near lots of local spots to eat and hang out at. Didn’t have to go far! Free taxi to a beautiful private beach. If you’re looking for an all inclusive or huge pool this is not the spot, but location is perfect if you like to walk around and hang with locals. Hide away bar & grill (food truck) has the best jerk chicken I’ve had in a long time!

Our stay at Zenza Boutique Hotel in Turks and Caicos exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was welcoming, relaxing, and unforgettable. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern, spacious accommodations and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional customer service. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay special. A special thank you to Mario, who went above and beyond throughout our visit. His kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help with anything we needed made us feel like family. His outstanding hospitality played a huge role in making our vacation so memorable. The beach service was also fantastic. The hotel provides complimentary transportation to the beach, which was incredibly convenient—especially since we were traveling with a baby. Not having to worry about carrying all of our beach gear made our days so much easier and more enjoyable. The staff made the entire experience seamless, and we truly appreciated the extra level of care and convenience. Another great perk was the free on-site parking, with plenty of spaces always available. Having a rental car was stress-free because we never had to worry about finding a parking spot. If you’re looking for a place with beautiful accommodations, outstanding service, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests, this is the place!

We had a wonderful stay at Zenza and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. The vibe is very chill and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind away from the crowds. The property is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We did have a small leak in our room and no hot water the first night, but once we reported both issues, they were fixed quickly by the next day. We really appreciated how attentive the staff was. The hotel has two great restaurants on-site, Baci and Sharkbite. Sharkbite had excellent drinks, a fun atmosphere, and delicious bar-style food. We enjoyed spending time there in the evenings. One of the things we loved most was that the hotel provides golf carts to take guests to two nearby beaches, and they also have bikes available if you want to explore the area. The only downside isn't really the hotel's fault—it's the location. Since Zenza is off the beaten path and away from the main hotel strip, there aren't many gift shops or other attractions within walking distance. Also, if you're planning to do several excursions, I highly recommend renting a car. We found that only a couple of the excursion companies would pick us up at Zenza, and relying on taxis sometimes made us late getting to activities. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, clean, hotel away from the busy tourist areas, Zenza is an excel choice!

Quiet, clean and no further than about 5-7 minutes from the action. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There were 2 really great local eateries within walking distance being the Hideaway and Mango Reef. I would definitely stay here again.

Out room was great very clean , good air conditioning. We had complimentary self service breakfast offering each morning which was welcome. Restarants close by for a choice of different cuisines. Only thing we would of liked was a bar around the pool area otherwise a lovely hotel and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.
