I liked the location , the service and the staff attitude towards guest was kind, courteous and pleasant. Other Amenities lie shopping malls and restaurants are at a distance . There is always traffic in Kampala. However nothing the hotel can do. This is government and state infrastructure.

I have stayed at 7 different 3 star hotels in Kampala and this is the first hotel that I would go back to. The meals were delicious and staff were so friendly and accommodating. They specially prepared eggs and bacon for breakfast (upon my request) and it was exactly how I like it and at no extra charge (could have buffet as well). They can put a refrigerator in your room on request. The rooms are refurbished and very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of hot water and the air conditioner works well. The wifi speed is great, too. The surrounding gardens are lovely and make you feel like your miles away from the bustling city, yet your only minutes from shops, restaurants and attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying there again very soon.

The hotel and the facilities actually look much better than what is shown in the pictures. I ordered airport pick up service. The drive from the airport to Kampla is approximately an hour. My flight arrived at midnight and travelling alone as a young female, I was very happy that they had sent along another female staff to accompany me back to the hotel. That was very thoughtful. Jeevan (General Manager) did his best to make sure I was comfortable at all times and that I had a great stay. The staff is wonderful and always around to help with what is needed. The hotel itself is surrounded by lush greenery so it had a tropical resort type of vibe. The pool is clean and well maintained. I was very happy with the steam room and sauna. There is always plenty of staff around to help. The hotel restaurant has an excellent menu. The chefs served some wonderful Indian cuisine- some of the best food I have tasted so far. Considering the price range, the service and facilities offered, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be staying here for my next trip in Kampala.

Ein wenig außerhalb, aber mit Taxi recht problemlos zu erreichen. Um einen kleinen, blitzsauberen Pool herum gruppieren sich die von einem Schilfdach gedeckte Bar, das Rezeptionsgebäude und das eigentliche dreistöckige Unterkunftsgebäude. Nach einem angemessen effizienten Einchecken (verschiedene Formulare sind auszufüllen und der Reisepass wird kopiert; das Personal ist freundlich und spricht fließend englisch) werden die Koffer ins Zimmer getragen und das Zimmer mit seinen technischen Eigenheiten ausführlich erklärt. Das Zimmer ist angemessen groß. Neben dem Doppelbett und den beiden Nachttischen ein kleiner Schreibtisch, eine große Kofferablage, ein Kleiderschrank mit Safe. Telefon, Flachbildfernseher und Klimaanlage – alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Klimaanlage ist nicht übermäßig laut, und als die Fernbedienung schwächelte, wurde sofort innerhalb weniger Minuten alles in Ordnung gebracht. Das Badezimmer ist einfach und mit etwas knapp bemessenen Ablageflächen ausgestattet, aber blitzsauber. Der Wasserdruck ist hoch, das Heißwasser auch wirklich heiß (Sonnenkollektoren auf dem Dach); es ist gechlort und zwar nicht trinkbar, aber zum Zähneputzen geeignet. Der Abfluss in der Dusche ist leicht verstopft, bis die Duschtasse nach dem Duschen leergelaufen ist, dauert ein paar Minuten. WLAN ist gratis und zuverlässiger als erwartet. Drei Netze stehen zur Auswahl; eines davon funktioniert immer. Im Zimmerpreis ist ein Continental Breakfast inbegriffen.

Useful hotel for Kampala . Quiet, clean and comfortable. Shiwing sign of wear. Staff could be a little more attentive. Disappointed that pool was not functioning - guests should be told as that is one of the benefits.
