If you require a public bus in the morning, this place is ideal. You are assured once you have been there. Don't arrive at night when the atmosphere is quite busy! Ants can find the rooms on the first level of a shopping center with a tiny to and a very basic bathroom. There is only one bread, one plate of vegetables, and one banana for breakfast. That was the only hotel where we were not permitted to go to the buffet for a second time during our threeweek visit in Uganda.

This hotel is close to everything. The food is excellent, and it's much easier to get a morning bus because it's in the middle of town. The staff is friendly. However, the outside is noisy, there are noisy traders and it makes for a hard traffic.

Located not far from the city center and is surprisingly affordable for both meals and accommodations. Safe, spotless, and lovely accommodations with instant showers are also included. The location is extremely noisy because the streets outside are active 24 hours a day and you can hear them from your room. The wifi kept going down due to power blackouts, and the wifi was not all done. Breakfast costs around ugx 50, 00, but breakfast was generally over by 9 am. There was also no elevator despite more than 4 floors, which appears to be a common feature at Impala. The rooms were also basic with little amenities, such as safes. If the wifi was mostly up and they had power back up, I would have given them 4 stars.

The price includes bed and breakfast that costs about ugx 50,00, but breakfast only started at 9 am. There is also no lift despite there being more than 4 floors which seems to be commonplace in impala. Basic rooms, with no amenities such as safes. The wifi was mostly down and the power back up. Quite affordable for both the room and the food and not far from the city center. Also secure, spotless and attractive rooms with instant showers. The downside was that there was still power outage and the location is very noisy. The streets outside are open 24 hours a day and you can hear them from your room.

Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is gelegen op de meest vervuilende stek van Kampala. Uitlaatgassen komen kamer binnen en bezorgen permanent slechte smaak in de mond. Altijd luid lawaai, zelfs tot 2h in de nacht. Ging er weg na 1 nacht, had er 3 betaald. Eigenaar zou contact opnemen met agentschap maar deed dat blijkbaar niet.
