the staff was very helpful when i asked anything the hotel was very clean the only thing was the bed it waa a bit to hard fir me abd unlike other hotels i have stayed at in kiev this ond had one posative for me there was no prostitution which was a bonus will definitely stay here again

I booked the Deluxe Penthouse, beautiful penthouse, better than I expected! really made me feel comfortable and the view was amazing in the terrace! The room was very clean, two toilets in excellent condition! Staff were really friendly and available to assist! If you like your quiet space, away from the city noise and traffic then this is the ideal place to be! However the City Centre is only a 7-10 minute taxi drive so it is not a problem.

GREAT experience! Hotel was built for EURO 2012 football championsheep in Kyiv (Ukraine's capital). Now it's 4- or 5-floor building in cozy place. Just a few minutes by taxi to metro station. 100 meters from trolleybus stop (15 min. by trolleybus to metro). By taxi - 20 min. to city center. So, location not in city center - but good connection with public transport (run from 6AM till 11:30 PM). CLEAN! All furniture is new! Helpful staff. Near Reception - coffee machine and tea facilites. Strong Wi-Fi in the rooms. Great price as for current quality!

Wonderful Experience! This place is amazing and very reasonably priced. The reception staff are very friendly and will go out of way to assist. I stayed in Penthouse and it is absolutely amazing. The decor was above my expectations. The Penthouse comes with your own private terrace. I am definitely going back.

This is a hotel in a quiet living quarter of Kiev, not too close to a metro station, but still well connected to two of them (from different lines) by a bunch of trolleybus, bus and minibus lines, all having a stop less than 200 meters from the hotel building. The hotel is near a big boulevard, so it's not really a very quiet place, but if you are ready to sacrifice the open windows and choose to use the air conditioning instead, the quality of the windows is so good that you are getting an almost perfectly quiet environment. The wifi quality is good, the quality of the breakfast offered is not bad for the price either, even though in absolute terms I wouldn't say wow about it, cleanliness is great, service is OK. Overall - a 4/5 is well deserved for the price. Of course, I would prefer a centrally located hotel from a popular international chain, but their prices are times higher. Way over what I would expect having in mind the living standard of Ukraine.
