מלון שקט, 10 דקות במונית ממרכז העיר. חדרים גדולים מאוד ןנקיים. האמבטיה ללא וילון, קשה להתקלח בלי להציף חצי חדר רחצה. ארוחת הבוקר טובה. הצוות מנומס מאוד, וניסה לעזור בכל שאחה בצד הטוב ביותר. בהחלט אחזור לשם בקרוב.

While the hotel is not quite luxurious and rooms are designed with more good will than skills, service is great, rooms (particularly premium ones) are spacious and comfortable and the onsite restaurant is excellent and great value. Not quite clear about the location, which seems to me a bit in the middle of nowhere, but if you are in town on a business trip and on a budget this hotel will spoil you.

Meget fint hotell, behjelpelig resepsjon. Minibank rett ved siden av hotellet. Eneste minus 10 minutt med taxi utenfor sentrum. Men utrolig store avstander i byen, så nesten samme hvor en ligger. Rimelig i forhold til norske priser og jeg hadde større rom enn leiligheten jeg hadde en gang. Og ikke å glemme restauranten som ligger i samme bygning, meget god mat. Alltid rent og fint rom.

Fantastisk hotel af meget høj standard og personale der altid hjælper. Hotellet ligge uden for centrum, men skal man ikke bruge omgivelserne til noget er dette klart mit foretrukne valg i Kharkov, hvor jeg kommer ofte.

I stayed at the Cosmopolitan with my family and friends. The rooms were nice, clean, and well-designed. They also offered excellent slumber. Breakfast was simple and can best be described as rude by the breakfast staff. Strangely, there is no air conditioning outside the room or the reception area. The restaurant generally appeared deserted. The hotel is next to a construction site, which, according to the way it looks, will not be finished anytime soon. The hotel is not in the city center and offers peaceful lodging, but there is nothing nearby. Restaurants, bars, and other amenities are only a short taxi ride away. To be honest, it is a short ride. Not a bad place to stay if you're traveling on business or just for a quick visit, but it's not a holiday spot.

In terms of comfort, this is a very comfortable hotel in Khaki, where you will find everything you need. Our visit was only for business, so I didn't have time to think about details, but I was almost completely satisfied with it. Only a few of you would think I would like to see in another style, but that's up to your own perspective. If I ever visit Khaki again, I will stay in this hotel.

I just had a bad experience while staying in this hotel. The staff here, especially the one marina that was only a trainee but her English was really good. In the other hand, the personnel are very professional and sincere.

The location of this hotel is not as strategic as it seems a bit. but no issue for those traveling by car. The cleanliness and facilities are maintained very well. The good thing about this place is the nice restaurant downstairs. This hotel is excellent, and the quality is kept high.

We stayed in January 2019 and I believe we were the only guests there! The 310 room was very nice and clean, but the pictures are a bit nice. But still in perfect order and according to the price. When we arrived on the first night the credit card system did not work and we had to pay cash. But this happens everywhere around the world! Everything in the room worked perfectly! Only the television program I did not understand completely, but since I didnt intend to see to anyway, is that to get over. The room was very clean and absolutely perfect. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. As we were the only guest in the hotel, we were asked if it was okay to eat breakfast in the room which we enjoyed. It was served promptly and extensively. However, it was a little awkward to eat without a proper table. So the next morning, we decided to have breakfast at the restaurant. It was a little uncomfortable for me as I had to find out that we were still the only ones and three of my coworkers were local. But not for a second would tell us that we were annoying. At the very least, we were supplied like kings. Even when we wanted to have a warm meal around 2230, it was completely normal for the friendly staff to prepare a great meal for us. This hotel in Khariv was pretty good. The room was comfotable with minimal furnishings and a large closet. The bed was large, we were offered a twin rooms on tiny beds not for adults. The king bed is perfect. Bathroom was lux with all you need and plenty of towels. Shower was awsome. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast was the best part of the stay with a buffet and custom menu can be ordered directly from the kitchen.

It’s a good hotel but person who works at the front desk need to speak and understand some English also DA VINCHI restaurant was awful I ordered some small sweet they serviced it about 30 minutes propably I won’t stay there again most of the front desk staff hey don’t even say good morning good night or anything maybe they don’t like to welcoming foreigners

Very nice hotel and an excellent restaurant. The hotel is not in the center of Kharkiv but 20 minutes (or more) walk from it. Nothing really around it. The bed was not that comfortable and too soft for my taste. Overall a good experience for a short business stay.
