You are treated as a child, in a wise sense. You shouldnt feel worried about toothpaste. It is the same with the toothbrush and razors, the same with the router, the same with the printer, the same with the taxi, and the same with the meal you paid for. I can't wait to return because these people gave me so much money, but they gave me the best I've ever had. They made you a lunchbox, which brings back a lovely childhood that I don't think I ever experienced. Although being only open for a few hours of the day, their spa is the finest I've ever gotten to, which is not because it's excessively fancy but rather the most lovely. It is also a joy to use the laptop in the spa from down in the room. Many thanks to all the nice people who work there. My room had speakers built into the ceiling and soundproof walls, as well.

I booked the hotel after reading countless reviews about it and other 4 and 5 star hotels and I couldn't be happier with my decision to stay there. I stayed for four weeks and was treated as if I were their sole guest. Breakfast was always original and delicious, gym equipment was exceptional, and spa was always an incredible experience! It is a beautiful hotel in a great old building, but the best part was the staff. From housekeeping to porters to concierge, I could not have imagined a more relaxing and satisfying stay. I still wake up in my room at Khreschatyk almost a year later! I am really excited to get back as safe as I am to do so. Thank you to everyone at Khreschatyk for making my journey so memorable.

When we booked a balcony room, we were informed that there was no balcony due to construction, two days before arrival after the cancellation period. The rooms were compact but comfy and clean. The maid service was excellent. The waiter and desk personnel were both excellent. The location is also good for tourism. The hotel transfer was nothing but a phone call to the driver. What's worse? The vehicle was terrible as well. In comparison to the other flights from the airport, but it was twice as expensive. Make a reservation for your own service. Breakfast is available at a low price. You can't get a service at a cheap price. The guy shows up to see that you paid and then vanishes. I had to go to a sidewalk cafe that was pleasant for coffee. There is a good staff. Lobby bar, a typical little place with three local old guys hanging out. For hotel visitors, it's unfriendly. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The maids were excellent. Excellent waiters and desk staff. There are also excellent tourist attractions nearby in this area.

The room is nice, as described here, of course. And being on Kheschatyk means you are in the heart of the city, and the metro is 5 minutes' walk away from Independence Square station and a bit longer if you want to take the My Line from Kheschatyk station. The staff is really friendly and they have all the answers to any questions you may have. Because I was staying during the quarantine period, I had to arrange a per test in order to get back home, so I asked the staff, and in less than 5 minutes everything was planned. I truly believed I would never give a 10 point anywhere, but this location definitely deserves it. If I have the opportunity to go to Kid again, I will definitely stay here, and if anyone asks for a recommendation, I will without a doubt recommend this place. The staff made my stay at Kid the best. Thanks!.

So if you are checking in at 1400 hours after a long trip, forget about falling asleep. Room is a-ok. The couch has very questionable cleanliness and is old. So is the carpet. There is no thermostat. It just start running heater as soon as you come in. Bathroom was decent. Breakfast menu is not bad at all and you have some choices. But you have ti pay for it. Not included with the price of the stay. You will get a great service from the waiters though. The room price is seemingly the highest in town, and essentially you are paying for the location. Basically you are getting three stars at a good location. Picture Best Western. If you don’t mind spending $50-$80 more per night - go with the Sheraton or Radisson. Khreschatik - you are paying for the location.
