Quiet (it’s in center city but tucked away so you don’t hear traffic noise), clean, friendly staff. You don’t hear cleaning staff in the morning. Basic rooms have excellent amenities, including bath robes, fridge, and tea kettle. It’s really an amazing value and I’m very pleased so far.

I stayed in this hotel last week and I really liked it. Its a lovely hotel, very well taken care of. It has a good internet wifi signal from everywhere in the hotel and restaurant. The staff were very nice and helpful, and there was a good selection of food for breakfast. Thanks Dvorik staff for all the help you gave me! Will definitely stay again here.

It was a great experience. The staff was helpful and nice. They let me use their indoor court to lock my bicycle. The food at the restaurant was good and in the mornings you had a wide variety of different food to choose from. The location is quite good but may be a little bit too far from the centre (Potjomkin stairs etc), but the public transport is very cheap and has a lot of different routes.

Great place, very modern (summer 2016) and very spacious room. Location is halfway between the beach and the historic downtown, not particular close to either. Extremely helpful reception staff, my impression is that service in the hotel restaurant is often a bit slow.

Room is Clean; Service is Great; AC is strong, and easy to use; Breakfast is Great, and have many choices 7am-11pm; Walk 15 Min you can to beach to swim; 20 Min walk you can go Center City; When I back to Odessa, I will choices the same hotel again.

В цілому, сподобалось розташування, затишний дворик, де можна посидіти ввечері, або поснідати на свіжому повітрі.До центру та до пляжу можна прогулятись, це не далеко. Обслуговування номерів добре, але в ресторані довго прибирають грязний посуд і до кінця сніданку може залишитись забагато посуду на столі. Але це все не впливає на загальне враження від готелю. Персонал привітний, їжа непогана.

Ein wunderschöner Blickfang inmitten der maroden Altststadt Odessas. Ein gemütliches Restaurant im lauschigen Innenhof und absolut liebes Personal! Die Zimmerqualität war den dortigen Umständen entsprechend ebenfalls hervorragend....und eine Herausforderung für den Orientierungssinn. Äußerst verwinkelt, wie es wohl die örtlichen Gegebenheiten nicht anders zulassen, war es nicht leicht, von unterm Dach zur Rezeption zu gelangen...ich habe mich 2 Mal verlaufen! Aber alles in allem, wenn man schon nach Odessa reist, sollte man unbedingt im Odesskij Dvorik Quartier nehmen!

It's a great value for the bargain price, especially during the peak tourism season. The furniture is modern. The staff are friendly and actually helpful (not dismissive like some more higher-end hotels in Ukraine). The lower cost is because it's not in the city center, but that is only 1 kilometer to the northeast and I enjoyed the daily walk. Also, because of this, it is much more quiet than a hotel in the city center. I stayed in the extension building, which has exactly the same rooms as the main building, except the outside is not beautiful but that doesn't matter to me.

I stayed in the apartments portion. It was great at a bargain price through Expedia, even during the high tourism season. The hotel itself is 1 kilometer from the city center, but I enjoyed the walk downtown and the quietness of the distance from the noise at night in the center. All the shifts of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were not aloof and dismissive like in some other Ukrainian hotels I've stayed at. I consider Hotel Odesskiy Dvorik a 4-star hotel in my heart, it will become my main apart-hotel for all future stays. Also, the breakfasts are free at the built-in restaurant, so that also warmed my heart.

Good location and great staff. There was only one problem. There was a smell in the barhroom. We rapported it, but only stayed one night. So we don't know if they fixed it. :)

Jag beställde resan över nätet, såg lockande ut. Men tyvärr var de väl inte riktigt så när man kom fram. I övrigt tycker jag att det var super mat, och nära att promenera till centrum. Trots detta kommer jag besöka detta hotell igen.

Normalt, fint nok hotel. Værelset var lidt gammeldags og vores værelse lå lidt mærkeligt lige ud til receptionen og deres depot.. Det var fin service og rengøring. Morgenmaden var også god, men ikke så stort udvalg. Hotellet lå godt i gåafstand til strand og by.
